I just look at the matchups.

Parker would destroy Chalmers. Ginobli can match Wade and Duncan can match Bosh. They don't have an answer for LeBron, but he's not winning by himself.

I think people are counting Oklahoma City out way too soon. Even if James was healthy which he obviously isn't I still wouldn't count the Thunder out. They've been a very risilent team this season. They always bounce back from tough defeats. I don't know if they're gonna stave off elimination and force a Game 5, but one thing I do know is these young guns aren't going down without a fight. They can now play free since everyone thinks they're done. They have nothing to lose. No team has ever come back from a 3-1 deficit to win the NBA Finals. Hell no team has ever even forced a Game 7 after being 3-1. However with the LeBron James injury it could happen this season.

One regular season game is no great example, playoffs different animal and I believe SA would have beat Mia.

Yeah but it's better than NO example.

That's your opinion and I don't agree with it but to say that the Heat doesn't match up well with San Antonio at all is stretch.

Very few people thought they could beat OKC, including myself, but obviously we were wrong. The link I posted highlights whats wrong with the Spurs, they fade in the 2nd half just like they did in the OKC series and I think the same would have happened had they played the Heat in the finals, just like it happened the one game they played this year.

Edit: Not to mention the Spurs don't play defense.....

I think so. They either win by about 10 points, or they smash. I think with a young team like the Thunder, coming out they way they/Westbrook did in Game 4, and then losing, is crushing for their psyche.

Or how about the regular season. The Spurs were the best team in the NBA this year. They had the best record in the best conference and swept their first two playoff opponents. The Heat had to get pretty lucky to beat a Boston team that was horrible earlier in the year.

And yeah, a one-game sample game played in Miami doesn't mean much. Miami got crushed in OKC one Sunday this season, too.

But no, the people saying OKC will just lie down are merely hoping. Anything can happen tonight, but they have anything but a history of folding after a loss.

If the Thunder can get the series back to OKC, then there's a good chance it will go to game 7. I'm not certain who wins this game, but whoever does will probably win it by 6 points or less.
