You're close.

The Lakers win and hold the other team to under 100 and with the ticket stub it's two free tacos from Jack in the box.
Im curious. Why is a Commanders fan and Lakers fan even want to be a part of a Dallas Messageboard? lol I dont get it.

SA 11 over Utah
Indiana 3 over Orlando
Memphis 6.5 over Clips

Im taking nothing tonight. lol.

i think all the favorites will cover, my favorite, however, is a prop bet of the over just for the spurs

Yeah I'm thinking we should go for the kill. I think we can survive a couple of games against OKC without MWP. Ebanks did a great job on him in the meeting a few weeks ago.
I think it's so funny that you're so confident that the Lakers will beat the Thunder in a series. The Thunder is 2-1 against them this year, and it would be 3-0 if James Harden was playing the second half of that last game. Not to mention 2 of the 3 were in LA. Throw in the Artest revenge factor, and I think the Thunder want that series bad. Don't get me wrong, the Lakers are a really good team. But we have two guys who do a great job on Kobe in Thabo and Harden, and Perkins does a great job on Bynum. Artest does a good job on KD, but he might be out the first two games. And since Kobe is the only one who can slow down Westbrook, I think his offense will suffer in a 7 game, compressed schedule series. And who on your team is going to stop James Harden if Kobe is on Westbrook? Harden had 14 points in the first half before the Artest elbow, and he was getting whatever he wanted.

Kobe is always scary in the playoffs, no doubt. He has a will to win that is probably only trumped by MJ. But plain and simple, the Thunder are the better team this season, they have a much better bench, they have homecourt advantage, and they are gonna be a little fired up because of the elbow. If the Lakers win, it will be because Kobe wills it to happen, but I think I'll take Thunder's overall talent over Kobe's will at this stage in his career and with this current group of Lakers.

The reason I'm confident is the same reason the Spurs are confident. It has nothing to do regular season meetings it has everything to do with OKC and their flaws. They're a great team out in transition, but their half court offense is not very good. Charles Barkley hit the nail on the head when he said they're extremely flawed. They can beat Dallas because the Mavs are a jump shooting team, but against teams like the Lakers and Spurs their flaws will show. They don't have a post presence so they become strictly a jump shooting team and I really don't see a jump shooting team beating us 4 out of 7. Ibaka and Perkins are undersized and I really don't think they can handle Gasol and Bynum over the course of a 7 game series. As for Harden he'll get his which is fine as long as we control Westbrook and Durant we'll be fine. I doubt MWP will miss both games unless we sweep Denver which I don't see happening. Even if he does we still have Ebanks who did a great job on Durant in the 4th quarter and overtime. OKC is deeper than us I'll give you that, but in the playoffs when rotations are shortened depth matters a lot less. Being better in the regular season and being better in the playoffs is awhole lot different.

Another dumb prediction by me not the outcome, but the amount of games. Spurs are flat out clowning Utah. This will be a sweep. Jefferson can't do anything against Tim.

what is really encouraging as a spurs fan is how much better green and leonard have been playing since the first quarter of game 1! if they play well in the playoffs we will be hard to beat for ANYONE!

I honestly think Spurs are gonna make it to Finals. However there is no way they beat the Heat. For a lot of reasons. Stern being the biggest. And they are HUNGRY. They also are a very very very good team with STIFLING defense. Thats hard to admit but I saw this coming after last year. Its inevitable. They underestimated the Mavs hunger last year. Stern also let it be played fairly cause we got ripped in 2006 to them.

they are formidable, even without stern's help, but they arent very good after their top 2 guys, so IMO the longer the series goes, the better our chances are. i just hope we can get there to begin with, the grizzle and lakers will be tough to beat

Are you a Heat fan or something? Miami's roster is pure garbage after the big 3. 3 players aren't gonna beat the Spurs. Plus SA has shown they can shut down LeBron before and Tim will make Bosh cry. I don't think Miami can beat the Spurs or Lakers. The can beat OKC however,

i think tiago splitter is SOOOO important and a huge key for us! not because he is a good player, but because when he is healthy dejuan "whataburger" blair doesnt play! man that guy makes some dumb decisions!

Spitter is a very good player.

Dejuana Blair is basically a tomato can for the jazz, just comes in and gives them endless confidence! god that guy is TERRIBLE!! i think leonard would be better off at the 4 at this point! Pop should have a picture of him at all SA area whataburgers with the caption "DO NOT FEED THIS MAN ANYTHING BUT SALADS! AND NO DRESSING!!!"

i trust timmy more on fast breaks to make the outlet pass than leonard or green at this point. i dont know if that says more about timmy or the youngin's
