Kupchak ruined it this year. They need to blow the whole thing up.

No ... Not getting CP3 ruined it ... rofl ... time for the lakers to start losing for once. There is no magic trade CP3 for a bag of chips.

I'm a life long Suns fan ... i hate the lakers.

Gotta give Kobe props. He went down swinging. 42 points basically a vintage Kobe Bryant performance. Too bad no one else showed up.

42 points and 0 ASSISTS. Nobody else showed up because he refused to share the ball.

Did you watch the game?

The only reason the game was close is because Kobe was playing. Without Kobe the Lakers lose by 30 last night.

Yea but they lost. He doesnt play team ball at all. With that front line no excuse to not share. That game wasnt close after the mid 3rd quarter. Hes great and may have kept them in the game ,but did he really? On another point. OKC crowd is totally insane. Unreal how loud. i wish cowboys fans got that loud at home. WOW.

O i agree that front line was awful. Pau is gonna get traded. But kobe does that a lot. He is like Iverson in that aspect. He always gets a pass.

Did you watch the game? No one else was doing anything. Kobe had to take control and have a big night and he did.

Kobe may be a goner soon. You never know.

Stop it. Kobe isn't going anywhere. He's already said he's either gonna win #6 here or he's not gonna win it. He's not gonna go ring chasing.

kobe isnt constantly out of shape like shaq was, and bynum is nowhere near as good as kobe was that they are going to do what they did in 04 again. Kobe is there for the long haul. problem is, the West is a hell of a lot better now than it was back in 08 when the lakers retooled. the lakers wont be the perennial favorites again in the kobe era, they will just be a contender like the rest of the good teams in the west.

When the Lakers went down 0-2 I knew it was over. As a Laker fan myself, Id be lying if I said the thought of trading Bryant didnt cross my mind.

Of course, back to reality, I think we would have won the series with CP3. Nice block commish.

The Lakers would've been the best team in the league with CP3. Now we're a 2nd round exit. I hate Stern so much right now.

As for trading Kobe he has a no trade clause in his contract. He would have to waive it and that's not happening.
