Man I hope the mavs lose game 4, otherwise game 4 of the spurs series is on NBA TV!

oh yes, u arent in SA anymore are u?....the local broadcast will be on....plus....it is game 4.....if u are in the Dallas area, hit up Humperdinks or go to Addison and hit up Hooters.....

I'm really pissed off at Cuban right now. Even though I'm not a Mavs fan obviously, but Dirk is my 2nd favorite player after Kobe. I just hate to see a great player like Dirk waste a season. This guy doesn't have much time left and Cuban just wasted one of the few years he had left. If I was a Dallas fan and they don't get Deron I'd be calling for the Clowns head.

Cuban took one of the jokes of the professional sports world and turned them into a consistent winner. I'll never call for the man's head, because despite his antics few owners have ever shown the kind of dedication to winning that he has.

Consistent winner? They won one title in the past decade. To me a consistent winner is teams like L.A. and the Spurs who have won multiple titles and are contending every single season. He's gonna get heavy criticism and rightfully so.

so only the spurs and lakers are consistent winners in your opinion? by your definition the packers are not a consistent winning team right now in the nfl.

dude i used to go to Mavs games when there was 3k people in the crowd. now they have the longest sell out streak in the league. he built a beautiful stadium a revitalized a rundown part of the city. he has done amazing things with this organization.

Cannot argue with this fact.

Cuban is a perverted (nothing sexual meant or insinuated) version of Jerry Jones. A maverick owner who does things his way, who loves his team, loves the sport, and is vocal about it as well.

I'm going to need you to learn some more about basketball other than your Lakers before you start commenting on who's been winning, etc.

Go look at their record the last 10 years. They've been below .600 for winning percentage once, and that was this year with an aging roster, and have made the playoffs for 10 straight seasons.

That's a consistent winner.

They take after Mark Cuban. I am surprised he does not walk onto the court to get his ball and go home.

Ur a bandwagoneer too. You would hate the Lakers if they werent the Popular team they are. You prove that by being a fan of the Yankees and Cowboys. Pick the popular teams. Most 17 year olds do this. When Kobe retires you will jump ship.

I wish Mark Cuban ran the Cowboys maybe we would have won more then one playoff game in a zillion years.Hate on about Cubes but he is passionate ,cares and just won a ring. Jerry Jones hasnt sniffed one in ages.

Boston 7.5 over ATL
Philly 1.5 over Chicago
Denver 3.5 over Lakers

Im taking Boston to beat spread

More myths. Perot got that built.

This is like all the people -- and there are a lot of them -- who mistakenly believe that Cuban accumulated Dirk and Nash and Finley back in the day.

Cuban spends tons of money and you have to give him credit for that. But that's about it. If he hadn't run off Steve Nash right before he went on an MVP run, the Mavs would probably have one and maybe two more titles right now.

Only two teams in all of American professional sports have a higher winning percentage since 2000 than the Mavericks. Until this year they had won 50+ games 11 years in a row, a record only topped by the Spurs.

Meanwhile, only two teams in American sports had a lower winning percentage in the 10 years prior to Cuban buy the team.

Dallas was wandering aimlessly in the desert and Cuban saved them.

You don't even know me so how can you say I'm a bandwagoner? If I was a bandwagoner I wouldn't still be rooting for the Cowboys like I am. I wouldn't have still been a hardcore fan Lakers fan during the post Shaq/pre Gasol era.
