so how did we end up in such amess then?it wasn't because we kept pushing money into the future?pretty sure that was most of the problem

We were never in a mess but a stagnant cap and a 10m penalty didn't help things.

We made some bad contracts like MAustin, RW11 and MBIII but those weren't about pushing money forward.
