I think Watt would have been a lot like Ingram drafted by Seattle a few years ago. He could get to the passer but was a liability against the run.

The front 7 will be better next season with his addition, and potentially Jaylon and Tapper joining the fray. Now we have the rest of the draft to add to the depleted secondary.

We better hope that Tapper is THE MAN on the right side. I think that's our best hope.

How's that possible when he ran 4.92?

He improved his 40 time to 4.83 at his pro day. With a 1.63 10 yard split. Thats pretty impressive for a guy whos 6'6 277.
He already has a nice set of pass rush moves and converts speed to power. I think hes a little raw right now, but I can see him as our starting RDE day one. Especially if Lawerence isnt 100%.

Disaster. Dallas now has to use 2nd & 3rd rounds to get CB and still no addressing RDE. Just wow. They now have 5 LDE.

Man, I've got to push back pretty hard on that. We had a defensive tackle playing LDE last year because we didn't have any, and now we have half a dozen. I don't buy it for a second.
