He already has a nice set of pass rush moves and converts speed to power. I think hes a little raw right now, but I can see him as our starting RDE day one. Especially if Lawerence isnt 100%.

Yes, that's interesting. If he couldn't push off on it, then I'm impressed.

I like his size and he seems to play with good strength and awareness. We'll see what he brings as a pass rusher. And who knows, we might not be done adding ends yet. There are still speed guys available who could be added as third-down pass rushers.

The good news is that we don't have to have an outside pass rush anymore. We can just have Charlton and Irving stand up, put their arms up and bat balls down. All quick slants and outs are eliminated.

Charlton was the highest rated DE left to be had at the 28th pick. He many not be a race horse but he's quick off the line and can bend the edge very respectably. His motor is excellent, while he has the upside thought by some scouts to eventually be worthy of pro bowl participation. For one with such limited experience, he should do nothing but improve, given the time to do so. Marinelli will be quite delighted to get him, I'm sure.
