I am excited to see what Heath can do with this opportunity. He clearly wasnt ready as a rookie but since then in limited time hes made more plays than the other dbs combined. Physically hes gifted, so maybe hes developed since his rookie year. What Ive seen on the field leads me to believe that is likely.

I watched some games on youtube and Carroll was getting abused by Dez....never turning his head around.

Just watched the game (1st matchup) and Dez vs Carroll was 2-4 for 45 yards and a TD. And that TD catch was a perfect pass and catch. The one 50+ yard catch was McKelvin covering Dez. I wouldn't call that abused.

It's not a matter of "proven year after year they can't draft DE at all" because the only premium draft pick DE's taken in the last few years have been injured - Crawford, DLaw and Tapper. Hopefully we will see all 3 on the field finally healthy this year.
