I do look at it objectively, Cas, and MJ's killer instinct is what tips the scale for me. But you're right, if we were discussing all-around game, LBJ gets the nod. But I don't think his better all-around game is better than MJ's poise and killer instincts.
And really, we're splitting hairs on all-around game. It's fine if LJ gets the nod, but...
I think Jordan was one the best defenders in all of basketball...one the best all time even.
And when they did put him at point for a brief while, he was a triple double machine.

And in the all-time assassin instincts and it's awfully lethal.

Jordan was an amazing defender, indeed, JC.

You could see LeBron already getting pissed that despite the fact he is going all-out, there is nothing he can do to stop the Golden State freight train. I absolutely loved it. I hope it continues for two more games.

I know he is a quality person and plays the game the right way, but his arrogance and over-confident attitude has always rubbed me the wrong way. I Finals sweep would look great on his resume.

I always hated his giving up in the 4th in big games in miami.

Folks are forgetting the Warriors went up 3-0 last year and beat the Cavs in Game 2 by 30+ points. We all know how that ended.

I doubt the Dubs get caught slipping twice, but it has to be said.

I think the whole team is aware of that...which is why cleveland should be heavily concerned about being swept.

He already has a finals sweep on his resume. His first one with the Cavs against the Spurs

Cav's are not getting swept, I would not be surprised to see it hit 2-2 soon. GS wins the title but it won't be easy.

On another note, Jordan would not have more rings if he did not go play baseball. Houston was the real deal and the Rockets had a guy named Maxwell that gave Jordan fits. Hakeem and the gang would have still taken the Bulls to the woodshed :flagwave:

Nah, I'll take the Bulls. Maxwell gave Jordan fits, over an entire series? Highly doubt that.

A finals sweep would help the Warriors ease the pain from losing last year, despite winning 73 games. I don't know if an NBA team has everyone gone undefeated in the playoffs, at least I know no modern team has.

It was 3-1, not 3-0, but same point made,
