One of things people don't talk about enough with Switzer are his intangibles. He may look like a choir boy but he is a beast at heart. His leadership qualities are off the chart and he has a dynamic personality that should be a phenomenal mesh with the new young leadership we have in that locker room. People are going to love this kid, most of all his teammates.

Agreed and you have to be with all the smaller players. However we do know players of similar size have excelled in the NFL and Swizter did in College at a legit program. So for me I am hopefully he can continue to progress.
