What do you think they are?

I’ll go
Edge Rusher-besides Lawrence not a lot of consistency
DT- Woods is a solid backup but he got mauled today. Need a Monster DT.
Safety- heath cannot be the starter again. He’s a decent backup he just doesn’t make enough plays.
WR- we need a better slot WR. I love Beasley but I want a guy who’s a consistent Red zone threat in the slot.
RB- Zeke needs a better backup. Someone who can actually make some plays for us.

Slot Receiver - would love Golden Tate
Safety - do we finally bring in ET?
DL - after 300 lbs CJ Anderson schooled us I hope it's a run stopping war daddy
TE - Maybe, Both Swaim and Jarwin showed potential this year though
RB - Would be nice to have a quality back up, lol is CJ Anderson available?
Edge Rusher - DLaw disappeared tonight, more help needed

Oh and of course HC, OC, DC

1. OC
Gary Kubiak
This guy should be brought to Dallas by morning and just give him a blank check.

2. LG
Ronald Leary
Word is he's getting released from the Broncos.

3. S
Earl Thomas or Landon Collins
Give me either of these guys to bring that playmaker to the secondary.

4, Slot WR
David Sills
Draft this kid the best redzone Wr in college for the past 2 yrs.

5. TE
Jesse James
I like Barwin and Schultz but neither is a starter.

I like your list. But I would replace LG with DT and put Lg as 6. But if Leary would come back at a fair rate I would be completely open armed

I'd agree with all those things. DT, Strong Safety, Punt Returner, Slot Receiver but I think offensive line too. Connor Williams is promising, but I think we need to add someone just in case he doesn't fulfill his promise. And of course I'd add some young offensive lineman to counter some of our aging offensive linemen whose career could be over in a flash.

TE, slot receiver, DE, DT, OG, LB -- (that's six from the draft and add a good backup OT from veteran free agency.)

Interior DL stud would be the most important thing we could add on the defense.

Heath is ten times the player Xavier Woods is. You are bashing the wrong safety. Buy yeah we need a good safety.

We ABSOLUTELY need a 1B type of back to pair with Zeke. He's a beast but you can't give him 30 touches every week and expect him to not get worn smooth out.

Good post.

I'll try and do this without mentioning red:

D.Coor - while I would love to have a DT in the middle, marinelli's scheme is not suitable for that type of player. While stats show otherwise, we've been vulnerable up the middle all year.

DT - look above.

Slot WR - Bease is gone and will be too expensive to bring back probably. I wouldn't pay up.

O.Coor - There is way too much talent on the offensive side of the ball, even with the deficiency under center. They have to start scoring touchdowns.

Kicker - Maher is not reliable.

KR/PR - they need to bring a specialist in.

Backup RB - I used to like Rod, but no more.

Strong Safety - Heath is not going to cut it.

More oline depth, specifically at tackle.

Quite frankly, I think the team is pretty good, but they need better schemes and the coaches to implement them.

Starting quarterback.

The top 5 on my wish list would be:

TE: Jarwin is slowly starting to come along but I'd still look for an upgrade.
DT: We need better size and depth in the middle.
Safety: Seems like this has been on my off-season wish list for at least 6 years now.
WR: Gallup and Cooper appear to be a great tandem going forward but I'd like to land one more play maker with speed to the group. Oklahoma's Marquis Brown would be an excellent fit if he falls to the 2nd round.
K: I'm not a fan of Maher. I know he was really good beyond 50 but I need more consistency from this position on kicks from 45 yards and in.

But none of this matters because the man who'll be charged with leading the team is inadequate. The man (Jason Garrett) has had rosters spilling over with pro bowl talent but has yet to produce any meaningful post season success.

richard for head coach. I saw him yelling at his defense trying to fire them up...not clapping at their mediocrity
