Well then count me out. I don't wanna pay a rb north of 10m.
thats wa smy point... only person on that list that Id take over Pollard is Barkely, but when you consider the money Barkely is likely to want/get, Id probably try to work out a deal with Pollard and keep him. IMO, he is perfect for our team. Zeke is either getting cut or is going to take a huge pay cut to stay with the team, and I suspect that may happen. His boy (Dak) is here.... and I have a feeling that for Zeke, his boys are a big part of his life. Hes already been paid.

Even it were Bijan Robinson, this board would crash if the Cowboys selected another RB in the first round.
Crash it. Gibbs has Dorsett like acceleration that I have not seen in decades. He can run, catch, block, punt return, kick return, and play ST (tackling). He is proving this year in the SEC that he can carry the load. He would be a perfect complement and eventual replacement for Zeke in 1 year.

Let Pollard walk in FA or I prefer Tag him and trade him after drafting Gibbs. The remaining rounds draft DT, LB, CB, OL, and TE.

Pollard is much more than a RB. He is a not the RB that Saquan Barkley or others are, but he is a playmaker and TD producer. That makes him more valuable and a bigger difference maker than most 25 carry, grind it out RBs. I think we resign him because what he brings to the table is more valuable than what most RBs bring, points and wins. But as a RB by committee guy, I think he can be resigned for less than top money.
