Yeah it’s honestly surreal the job they’ve done. They’ve done too good of a job to the point they may have to get rid of guys just because lol. And if I’m not mistaken they have Clippers first rounder. That might be a scary good player which is gonna suck because some of these other teams could use that talent.

There was nothing wrong about that statement. It’s still true. Sometimes you gotta just give credit where it’s due. Spurs took on the challenge and bested them. It’s the one team that poses a threat. I still think Thunder are the better team though that doesn’t means Spurs can’t beat them.

Damn what a great game! My Spurs don't let me down! OKC 24-1? No problem.

If you didn't watch the game, the box score won't show it, but every time Wemby stepped in, OKC was lost. If Wemby can keep that big frame healthy, OKC has a problem. The new I-35 rivalry. Two extremely deep teams. Watching the hustle in that game from both teams was crazy.

No idea what Houston was thinking when they picked Reed over Castle. They are going to regret that for a long time. No I-10 rivalry, just I-35 this year.

Almost felt like a home game in Vegas. Heard all the same "Go Spurs Go" and "MVP" when Wemby was shooting his free throws.

I’m not a scout but when I see tape of guys I wonder why they went as high as they did. I will admit I was wrong on Knueppel. He’s a great player and with that team I thought he’d get lost with Miller, Ball and Bridges dominating usage. To slide right in and they defer to him at times? Didn’t see that. Flagg you can see it soon as you watch him play this guy has it and at 18 already.

Castle is another one. Offensively he’s caught on much faster than I ever thought. We knew defensively he’s dog. I saw limited starter with Shepperd.

A shame Rockets chose him. Castle would’ve fit right in with those guys but maybe it was because they had Jalen Green at the time and Thompson.

Someone is going to have to work out a 3-4 team deal to make that happen. They want to be the next OKC or SA and horde draft picks and build a potential dynasty.

Spurs were rumored, but I'm happy with the team. They proved they can beat OKC with the bodies they have. Would be nice to have a great defender and shooter like we had with Bowen and then Kawhi, but Vassell keeps getting better and better at the role. Him and Harrison Barnes should be enough unless they can find someone available.

Wemby won't be healthy consistently. They could use another big man to help Kornet, but other than that, not worth trading away. I just wish that Atlanta pick next year was higher. They're starting to tank but still in the Playoff fight. OKC has their Clippers pick and looks like they're going to score AGAIN.

I don't know if it's possible with the salary, but crazy dream scenario would be to get Kawhi back to the Spurs now that the Clippers are lost. Wouldn't give up a lot for him though because of his injuries. Don't know if there's too much bad blood there now from the original trade.

Spurs pulled one from Cowboys playbook by blowing that game to Knicks after a much hyped win vs OKC. Disappointing loss to watch. Just seems like they could never get their shots going. Only thing that gives me solace is the winner of the Cup has never won NBA Finals. Exciting Mach Madness type format where winner takes all in one game, but it's not a best of 7 series. So still have faith in my Spurs as OKC fans should have in their team.

This is how it is on the road though. Those role players come back to earth. They need Wemby start and get 30 plus minutes a night. I know they are working him back from injury so it’s gonna come time but if he can’t do this by playoff time it’s gonna limit their potential.
