Adding LeBron with Curry and Green (not to mention Al Horford) is definitely basketball’s version of the Expendables.

It's just like AD. It only becomes a "bargain" if he's able to stay healthy.

Also, the Spurs got what they needed in the draft by drafting another big man. They didn't need Kawhi

The Cavs has the sentimental advantage being his hometown. Also, if you compare rosters, you can probably make the case that Cavs are closer to a championship than Warriors. One made the conference finals and one missed the playoffs. It depends what LeBron’s goal is.

They just re-signed Champagnie and Harrison Barnes….Kawhi would start and get
30 minutes a night there. They don’t “need him” just like the Warriors didn’t need KD.

Would it be Wemby's or Kawi's team. I can't see Kawhi taking a back seat to anyone.

Also, Kawhi already stated he wouldn't resign with anyone else expect the Raptors. That means any team that would have picked him up (outside the Raptors) would have gave up a lot for a 1 year rental for a 35 yr old injury prone player. If the Spurs FO saw Kawi as the answer for that 1 year they would have attempted to get him
