2025 MLB Season

The Mets are the cream of the crop thus far. If they can get another solid SP and for Soto to actually earn his money…….the World Series is within reach

The Mets Knicks Rangers and those awful football teams seem to treat championships lately like a parking ticket in Manhattan .

Yea, they do find ways to throw them away. This Mets team is different, they love playing for Mendoza. I never said they would win the WS but their chances of getting there is pretty high unless injuries derail them.

Think about this. The Astros lost Kyle Tucker, Alex Bregman, and Yusei Kikuchi who was 5-1 with a 2.70 ERA after joining them last year. Yordan Alvarez has missed half the season so far and still isn't back. Spencer Arrigheti found himself after a terrible start last year and had 171 Ks in 145 innings as a rookie. He has missed virtually the entire season with a broken thumb. There are currently two pitchers in the rotation whose names I have never heard before being thrust into starting.

Alvarez and Tucker were 2 of the top 10 players in the American League, maybe 2 of the top 5. Without them Houston is still in first place.

'Stros are one of the shining stars in Texas pro sports. A bunch of no-names and they're 8-2 in the last 10 games and just streaking right now.
