Looks like a very early planning phase. The model doesn't match the one photo with the hotel. In the photo there is only one outdoor field. In the model there are two. The hotel looks different between the photo and the model. Also, there is pasture land shown in the photo.

Based on the model, it looks like the City of Frisco plans some high end development around the practice faculties. Maybe some high end retail stores, some condos and other office buildings.

Looks real nice but I still don't like the highrise hotel with views of the outdoor practice fields. I hope they are mindful of who they book in those rooms when the team is there practicing.

Professional teams with the best facilities very often have some of the better teams. Especially ones in an era of free agency.
