Shanahan is a genius at finding tailbacks for his system as he picked up Terrell Davis, who had every bit the career Earl Campbell did.

He then got him Rod Smith and Shannon Sharpe with Sharpe being a HoF'er. And I personally thought Ed McCaffrey was underrated.

This was a ton more than what Elway had to work with under Reeves.
