#5 the trashy strippers

#6 the stupid wwf style entrance

Haha. I was at a sports bar for the Denver game and some drunk got a chuckle out of the strippers.

"Do they really have pole dancers down there".

They're not strippers though. They're actually more covered up than the cheerleaders.

And they make the TV timeouts tolerable with the big screen.

Of course they're not strippers. It was just funny that he called them that.

Well, if it's the same star, they definitely re-painted it.

OK OK...you amateurs move aside...let the Official Star Measurer of the Dallas Cowboys analyze this.

Yep....seems about right.

I think the Star is centered.. I just looked at some pics I took from the Commanders game.. It's just "bottom heavy looking".. LOL.. Because the bottom of the star has 2 extensions and the top only has 1.. :starspin

look at the top point of the star....off to the right by about six inches...

as for the size of the star, I was apparently quite wrong, as it appears to be the same size...

nah not at the pisstake. is their a reason why they should be there?

The fact that there were flags outside the stadium should have placated the complainers. If there was a US flag prominently displayed inside Texas Stadium, I don't remember seeing it during the telecasts.

on top of that, like poke said, the color guard is there every week.

Also, there is usually a military faction of some sort being honored it seems nearly every week. A marine sang the national anthem thursday.

Its misguided for fans to try and put some dishonorable label on the organization....since i have been attending games in 03 there has always been a national pride theme in the building.

actually thats made me think there should be a flag in there. do you guys not like to face the flag during the national anthem or something? fair enough if people want an actual physical flag. i'd forgotten about you doing the anthem before any sporting event, just not something we do over here - except obviously internationals, and was thinking the gripe was that to not have an american flag in a building was communist or something equaly rediculous.

Also, during the National Anthem, there's flags all along the video ribbon around the stadium and a 60 yard flag on the video board hanging in the middle. I guess I don't understand the complaints. There's absolutely nowhere in that stadium you could look during the National Anthem and not see a flag.

Not to mention the fact that there's a flag on every helmet.

4) The star is not centered...anyone notice that?

Well, that would explain alot with Jacobs being drawn to it.

I am confused, what would give you the impression we dont want to face the flag during the anthem.

trust me, everyone in the building is staring at the flag. Its on the boards and on the field with the color guard.

one of my favorite parts of the game is the anthem actually, I am big into rating the national anthem performances!!!!!

and for the record, african american women sing it the best and white males are horrible at it. I should probably duck now.

thats what i meant, when you hear the anthem you're supposed to be facing the flag?

personally i couldn't be bothered with that whole side of it, when i go to the football i go for the football nothing else. if thats what you guys want before the game then fair play to you, different cultures i guess.

I thought the military guy last week did a fine job. The country singer the week before was not good.
