nice, way to make a gay joke without making one

It took it as California the king of nanny statedom where you can't do jack without the local gov't signing off. You know the home of no one loses everyone gets trophy syndrome.

The 49ers have once again lost a player to a surprise retirement.

Anthony Davis, a 25-year-old offensive tackle who was the 11th overall pick in the 2010 NFL draft, said in a statement that he is retiring from football.

“After a few years of thought, I’ve decided it will be best for me to take a year or so away from the NFL. This will be a time for me to allow my Brain and Body a chance to heal. I know many won’t understand my decision, that’s ok,”

heh Anthony had a TON of warning signs to everyone interested in drafting him. Fat, lazy, etc. The kid probably wants to eat pizza and live off the money he has made so far. He will rip through that and be back trying to re-sign with the NFL, but it's not likely he will ever recover from doing this.

CYA!

Now if he said that city I could see your point but you are being overly sensitive...

I wouldn't play for that team, because of the city they represent , but I can say the same for over half of the cities with NFL teams. There is not enough money to make me change my mind.

what does that even mean ? every city is nothing but corrupt government and every player will go to any city no matter what for the money. No one cares about winning, just playing

What does that mean? It is simple. There is not enough money to make me live in some cities with NFL teams. I wouldn't play for those teams for any amount of money.

that's my point. Your bias is a waste of time when players don't even care who they play for and the city you live in has just as bad and corrupt government.

I don't live in a city and I think many ayers do care where they play.

Really great fishing in Mississippi and some pretty good food as well jnday.

Yes it is. I own part of a 50 acre lake that is in my backyard. It is full of fish and it is good food. Of course everything is fried, which makes the food that much better.

has to be rebellion against 49er management. The only way out of a contract is to retire...which is what they've all done.

Wouldnt shock me to see 1-3 more retirements out of them before the season starts.

yeah I think they dont like the mgmt, and some probably thought running harbaugh off was stupid.
