Saw that stat on a show tonight..they lead the league.

Most teams would be turning somersaults for that..us included.

How are we supposed to interpret that?

Is it becuz they are controlling the ball and TOP?

Or behind frequently and giving up quick scores..?

Or having long drives but not scoring points?
o_O
What do you guys think?

And should we be concerned?

What show was that? We're actually averaging 68 plays per game, I see SF with about 66 which is good for about 15th.

They also average the least amount of yards, time of possession, and the 2nd lowest YPA passing in the NFL.

I watched the game against Seattle and the 49ers are suspect on defense to be kind, and their offense failed on converting third downs consistently against the hawks. They will stress our run defense and Rod will once again need to keep his guys fresh, San Fran expects to run the ball down our throats.

No doubt.

If Dez is a 'no go'...

then it's 8 in the box to stop Zeke and Company.

I suspect DAK is going to have to run some options and get downfield to get the 9ers to back off.

Of course..

a couple of deep passes downfield would do wonders.

Do we know if Zeke throws yet?

That would be a dilly.

I would be surprised if Zeke could not throw.

Marinelli owns Chip Kelly
Lets hope so.

I think if he plays Kap he turns things around.

Lets hope not this week.

I think we are fortunate Kap has taken to protesting as I think the team is reluctant to play him becuz of the distraction lt brings.

Hard to sit a guy making $12 mil though.

Kelly has guts..I'll give him that.

Garett on the other hand would rather slit his own throat than bench Romo.

Sort of different teams..huh?

Kaep isn't sitting because of the protest. He is sitting because he is terrible. He got benched last year for Gabbert, and Gabbert proved to be an improvement

Wow somebody who has actually seen them play??? A rare thing indeed. What's your take?

What I've gotten is that their run game is their main strength. Is it good or just what they're best at? Listened to a Bay Area podcast that said they were going 3 & out about 50% of the time. Is that just against the Seahawks or pretty much all 3 games? It also seemed to say they needed help at receiver. Not exactly a great O?, but they've still scored in the upper 20s against the Rams & Panthers.

Finding anything on their D is next to impossible. The only mention I got was that their pass rush was pretty bad.

Sure sounds like we both match up with the same strengths/weaknesses. Maybe our passing game tips the scales our way. I guess the real question is who is actually better. Inquiring minds want to know.

No different than when Kelly was in Philly

In any case. I suspect this will be a tough road game, regardless of snap count.
