Will McClay says helloHe's not a Jerry kind of guy, if you catch my drift.
It is...and sadly still an upgrade. This is a horrific list of coaches.
They'll probably wind up in Dallas where they belong. This is a horrific list of coaches.

Hey, he did win a Super Bowl with Nick Foles and a load of injuries…although that defense was nasty. Vince Lombardi isn’t winning with this defense.Jerry is going to go out and hire another retread like McCarthy. Doug Pedersen is available one last paycheck from the NFL is about all the Cowboys are worth.
No one is winning with this team. It needs an overhaul.Hey, he did win a Super Bowl with Nick Foles and a load of injuries…although that defense was nasty. Vince Lombardi isn’t winning with this defense.
I agree, they need to bring in vet DC to run the show and let CP be his asst DC so he can learn some more.No head coach who has ever won a Super bowl for one team has ever replicated the same for another team . No Ex Super Bowl winning coaches for me thank you. Besides,.......Im not out on Shotty yet,....still in his corner. Now CP? I want him gone asap. With all the time money and resources thrown at the defense there is no way on Earth our D should be anywhere close to THIS BAD. He's got to go.
Will isn't a head coach. Will McClay says hello
No coaches can take us to the next level. Bill Parcells couldn't do it. Mike McCarthy couldn't do it. And they are Super Bowl-winning coaches. We've had seven coaches since our last Super Bowl and haven't reached an NFC Championship Game. We've had one GM over that same time period. What do you think about this list. I agree a defensive minded coach would be a pleasant change and the direction we should go.
5 Coaches Who Could Take the Cowboys to the Next Level

The way this season is going could put the Cowboys in the market for a new head coach and coaching staff. With a veteran quarterback and established offensive talent, Dallas should be able to find a good offensive coordinator.
That being said, I want the Cowboys’ next head coach to have a defensive background. This would put someone in charge who can address the team’s biggest weakness over the last few seasons, the defense.
I don’t want this to excuse the offensive inconsistency. I’m just tired of every coaching decision being what somebody can do for Dak Prescott.
1. Kirby Smart
2. Dan Lanning
3. Marcus Freeman
4. Bill Belichick
5. Nick Saban
These are coaches the Cowboys can’t assume are available. Smart and Lanning have long-term contracts, Freeman chose Notre Dame over NFL interest last December, Belichick is fine, for now, in North Carolina, and Saban loves retirement.

Posts like this is why some Cowboys fans deserve every ounce of misery they receive.I wouldn't oppose a return of Quinn for another stint as DC.
You're just mad about the GB playoff game, after DQ had already hired a realtor in the DMV.Posts like this is why some Cowboys fans deserve every ounce of misery they receive.
You must love having one giant speed bump for a run defense. But don't let that ruin your nostalgia. Many Cowboys fans love Groundhog Day results. You're just mad about the GB playoff game, after DQ had already hired a realtor in the DMV.
Welcome to the NFL in the 2020s.
His reputation as a HC began to take a big hit on February 5th, 2017. He will never live it down.I wouldn't oppose a return of Quinn for another stint as DC.
But his reputation as a HC has taken some dings, the latest being yesterday's inexplicable error-fest vs. the NYG yesterday.
So your not for bringing a circus to a circus? lolNot Belichick. He would bring his girlfriend and a circus to Dallas.
Absolutely yes to Chucky Gruden.
So?Will isn't a head coach
Bill Belicheat and Nick Saban? Eww. Both were run out of the N.F.L.What do you think about this list. I agree a defensive minded coach would be a pleasant change and the direction we should go.
