I too was thinking that the title needed an edit. Probably true in most seasons, moreso now.

Great read. This offense lacks speed in the worst way. We really need Butler and Whitehead to get some deep plays if we want to take the top off the defense. I also think drafting E. Elliott would help as he most likely would force a safety into the box.

People will dismiss this article but this is actually something that does occur in this league. When teams take that next step it's when young players start to develop their game. I don't know if any of these guys will be the ones that do it but even if they are simply hungry rotational guys that is an improvement over last year.

I see good things for Lucky and Irving,they need to incorporate more and give them more playing time,i am not impressed by our ST coach.Lucky has quickness and moves but our blocking has been terrible all year.

I liked what I saw from Wilson. He was unfortunate on the spiller thing, but that really wasn't on him. The call and sub was late.

He got benched once Romac came back, and I think he deserved many more snaps after a few of the "off games" Romac had.

Wilson showed a lot of potential. I liked him a lot after the draft and going into camp. He had a tendency to overrun plays a bit, though. Between that and McClain back in the roster, it limited his snaps. But he's a guy who could really develop the next year or two.

I like Irving's potential, too. Russell, not so much.

It will be fun to see if Butler can deliver a bit more with Tony throwing the ball. I keep forgetting he's on the roster.
