The series before, Dak had 5 yards to put the ball in the end-zone and in typical fashion threw two incompletions in a row. This idea Dak would have passed his way into the end-zone against the Vikings is comical. He couldn’t even do it the series before.
On the next series, in the same red-zone, Dak had a QB read option and called for Zeke on second down. And on third down, Dak panicked and threw it immediately to a covered Zeke and he wasn’t even the first read.
Dak DID THE SAME EXACT THING in the Buffalo game three weeks later at the Buffalo SIX, except Zeke wasn’t even covered this time. And the Bills were already killing us in the third, with 25 seconds left. Its on the tape at 10:24, right at Zeke’s feet.
Dak was 47% from within 10 yards in scoring TDs. that’s Minshew, Fitzpatrick, Kyle Allen and Winston numbers, and none of them have the OL Prescott had.
