I'd rather miss the playoffs altogether than win a SB with T.O. on the team. Even if he was the perfect player, teammate, and the MVP of the SB, I could not stomach seeing him wearing the silver and blue with the star....I'd rather lose.

Right on my Brother!!!!!!!!! I can't believe, with all of the unprofessional things BO has done, that ANYONE who claims to be a Cowboys fan would even contemplate such a thing!
  • He desecrated the STAR! Twice!!
  • He's mocked over a dozen players and/or their teams or cities while in their house!
  • He's panned in front of the camera & thrown his own QB under the bus so many times, McNabb's jersey has tire tracks on them.
  • He even goes back in history & calls his former QB a ***.
Now, all of you ***holes that still want BO to wear the STAR.....change your colors to black, because that is the color of the hole BO is eventually going to find himself in when he runs out of rope the next time.

If Dallas signs him it would only cost them about 400,000 since the Eagles already paid most of his contract.

TO ain't playin' nowhere for $400k. (I think you are off here and he is making about $200k per game, anyway) He will sit his tail on the couch the rest of the season before he will play for a team that is only paying him what he considers chump change.

Any team that wants TO better be ready to negotiate a new contract.

Best post within this thread by far!

I am not adverse to T.O. becoming a Cowboys WR. I also am not in support of his behavior in San Fran or Philly. However, it is laughable to see things such as "Crayton comes back in December" or "I would start Crayton over T.O. any day". Crayton is solid and "could" be a good player if he continues to develop. T.O. is a multiple pro bowl player, mentioned as one of the top three receivers in the game if not #1, averaged nearly a TD a game with the Eagirls and is a future hall of famer, it is ridiculous to even mention them in the same sentence. It's like mentioning Crayton in the same sentence as Marvin Harrison, Randy Moss, Torry Holt, Jerry Rice or Michael Irvin. LOL.

Coach Parcells and Jerry Jones with make the best decision for the team and I will support it!

Some team with a .500 record will pick him up even if it means not using him just so someone else doesn't get him. Remember when the Commanders released Deion Sanders from their reserve retired list, and everyone thought oakland was going to get him, but the chargers claimed him.

If I was able to swallow us hiring Switzer and winning a Super Bowl with him, than I'll be able to do the same with T.O.

I think we need a poll from someone who does them:

I'm truly curious to see how many Dallas Cowboys fans would be willing to have Terrell Owens wear the silver and blue and to don the STAR, all in the name of winning?

I don't care how he behaves or how good he is...I don't want to win that badly.

I can just see Keyshawn yelling at Bledsoe in one ear and Owens in the other! :D

Bledsoe would drop him where he stood. Bledsoe may be slow footed but he doesnt put up with crap either.

If signing T.O. meant that we'd win a Super Bowl in his first season only to have him start his crap in the second year and us release him, I think it would be more than worth it.
