Zeke in ONLY a short yardage RB role would actually be perfect with Pollard and Vaughn. But 1.) that ship has sailed and 2.) I have doubts the staff would use Zeke in a limited role if suited up.

So you are guaranteeing him a roster spot?

The hype for this guy is approaching legendary status.

Wanna make a friendly wager? $1,000 that he does not make the 53.

He'll go to the practice squad and get a few NFL years under his belt to get that NFL pension.

His ONLY shot at the roster is kick returner. But he doesn't have nearly the long speed Turpin does. And lets not forget that Turpin joined us about a week after playing a full USFL season where he was the MVP. He'll be fresher, stronger and probably a little more bulked up this year, after being a pro bowl KR.

So good luck with that.

So if he is not the KR, then what? Backup RB? No way in hell he will be the primary backup to Pollard.

So number three RB. That requires playing special teams. You think Bones wants him on any coverage or return units? No.

So we just keep him as gadget guy? Roster spots are valuable. Game day spots even more so. Having Turpin and Goodwin as specialists already hurts roster flex.

So how does he make this roster? We signed Jones. Hes at least a guy that could handle the load if Pollard goes down. And its possible we bring someone else in later. I really like Davis and he plays st.

Luepke the FB is far more intriguing to me than Vaughn. And he'll have a hard time making the roster.

So, put your money where your mouth is?

Now it's our turn.
Remember in the 80's, the Skins had little Joe Washington @ 5' 9" - 180 lbs. He would disappear behind those hogs and then suddenly pop through a hole. Sh** used to piss me off.
Then :
Giants had Dave Maggett @ 5' 7" - 190 lbs
Philly had Darren Sproles @ 5' 6" - 190 lbs

Payback time *****es
:)

Hey, at least comparing Vaughn to Meggett or Lindsey are more realistic. Even though both were 190. And Lindsey much faster.

With Pollard, Ronald Jones, Duece and Lupetka (sp) I don't see a place for Zeke to be honest we are
not going to carry 4 RB's and a FB. Honestly for this next season the only one expendable would be
Ronald Jones for Zeke and that want happen. I would rather have Ronald Jones. I think Jerry just plays
headgames by saying they might pick up Zeke out of respect but there is no room for him.

It'll be a little embarrassing when he's on the field. People are going to laugh at us.

Could be true, wouldnt mind seeing the Safties eyes if we come out in a formation with TP, Vaughn, Turpin on the field with Lamb and Gallup....
