You have perfectly stated how a clutch QB gets it done.

Remember the bobbled snap from Romo in Seattle because the kicker ball was slick? Eli would have faked the kick...got up, closed his eyes, throw a duck, and Witten would have caught it with his helmet...Cowboys advance to the playoffs.

I don't really care when posters compare Romo to Brady, Payton, Brees, Rodgers...but it burns my hide when they try to compare Romo to Eli. It's not even close...Eli has two rings! (oh, and because of Eli the rest of the team got rings too although they did not really help).

Can't agree with both years but Eli on the 13-3 cowboys team I would say yes.
The 9-7 Seattle bobble game possibly.

Eli would have won those games and the Cowboy would have cut Romo the next day.

With Tony against Seattle, the team was in place to win. But for having to also hold for place kicks in the playoffs, and Seattle providing a slicked up ball...the win should have gone to Tony Romo.

The year that Eli Manning bus drove the Giants to a Lombardi, good deal, but the 13 win Cowboys, should have won that one as well. Ask Patrick Crayton how easy the winning catch would have been...

That throw to Crayton was a bad throw! Learn the game.

Romo lost that game, period. Just like the rest of the team (but for a realist, that does not count...romo blew it).

I would say Eli. Despite having a horrible year, I think he bounces back this year. I don't like Eli, but Eli is a proven winner in this sport.

how is it a bad post? I think the proven winner Eli Manning will bounce back and have a stronger season the proven loser Tony Romo... who's coming back from an injury at the age of 34.

Eli is 33 and also coming back from an injury.

I am going with ELI. not that I don't like Tony Romo.

the question was 70% of his passes are caught? or completed to his own team. I am confused on the exact question. LOL

ELI does say 62% to his team and 10% to the other team. (Interceptions)

Nobody remotely knows that.
The Patriots would have stomped Dallas with or without Eli.
And certainly that wildcard team that lost in Seattle would not have so a SB and maybe not even advanced. Eli's team lost their only playoff game that year and we nothing special.

Eli teams have also gone one and done three times and he has stunk badly occasionally in the playoffs at times ...some forget.
Guess well never know.

You don't know who you are talking about! This is Eli Manning! Payton's little bro. Put it this way...if Eli had been playing on the Cowboys as long as Romo has been, the Cowboys would have won 2 SB's.
I'll assume that's a joke coming from a normally same person.

a SportsNation poll with a very predictable answer:

In no state -- even states represented by a team Eli Manning plays quarterback, or states Eli Manning is from -- do people think Eli Manning is elite. (Sorry, ELIte.)
