There was never a draft pick I hated more than the Taco pick. We reached for a 2nd round, unathletic, low-ceiling LE that maybe “could become Justin Tuck” instead of just taking JuJu.

This. We have been consistently bad at scouting DL for this scheme, and the fact that the Jones’ STILL haven’t learned that reaching for need is a loser’s game is baffling.

I’m in Palo Alto but lived in San Jose by the Rose Garden for 7-8 years.

Do you have a local bar you watch the games at?

There’s was a sports bar next to the Pink Poodle near Bascom (over by Valley Fair mall) that I used to go to that would transform into a de facto Cowboys bar on Sundays.

I haven't been down there since 01 but I remember that bar. Awuzie went to Oak Grove down there off Blossom Hill and Snell.
