Teams tried it all last year, and literally only three teams had any semblance of success. Almost nobody has the DBs to successfully do this.

I honestly can't believe the nonsense I'm reading. It's like nobody here knows anything about football. This was tried ALL LAST YEAR. The Baltimore Ravens stacked the box all game and we KILLED their secondary.

lucky not too many teams have the secondary that the broncos have. We should of ran alot of patriots style pick plays. We ran zero I believe. Our offense is out dated and our defense is very conservative.

The beauty of our offense is that it's really simple; our players just outclass most NFL defenses.

But when we can't simply outclass a defense, the OC needs to have something up his sleeve.

They really need to start mixing in Switzer/Bease small ball here and there.

Talk about a brutal wake up call. Team that swaggered into this season after going 13-3 and a 11 game winning streak just got punched in the mouth.

We'll see how they respond next week vs. the Cardinals.

I think the fans did too. I think we forgot that this could potentially happen. We all were on cloud 9 after last week.....

Thats always been the formula. When you go down 28-10 and have to chuck it every play after, kind of hard to fool the defense.

You gotta have the personnel to get away with that........not many have a Von Miller and a secondary like that.

True, but we'll see how Collins plays from here on out He was horrific today but in fairness to him, Miller does that to a lot of guys. Collins still looks like a Guard to me...he just does.

If this continues, they'll have to consider moving Green back to RT and putting Collins back at guard. Might be best lineup in the long run anyway. NOT hitting panic button after one miserable game, but after seeing Collins struggle with JPP at times and getting owned today...it's a concern.

get used to it folks. This is what we will see from here out until the team proves it can beat it

Every team doesn't have an elite level defense

Arizona will try it. Another place are offense hasn't been good at, Khalid

Bad in 2008 and a horrible game in preseason 2013.

Most (or no) teams dont have cover corners like Denver

But yes, if your defending Dallas you worry WAY more about Zeke than Dak.
Thats not dissing anyone, its just fact.
I wouldn't call that a fact at all. What you aren't worried about is our receivers

Probably the best post of this thread. Linehan just isn't too innovative guys. He simply isn't and I said it when we "got" him. I've never been a big fan.

HUGE game. Might be biggest all season because it will set a tone for the rest of the year. We better come out with blood in our eye after this disgrace today.

Garrett and Linehn will proactively quit the running game in light of this

They won't even try knowing that's how they'll be stopped. Which will, of course, be the reason we are stopped

once VonMiller simply had to start guessing the snap count, no worries at all about the run........it became a nitemare for La'el.

but you know what.........he will learn from it, maybe realize technique is critical.

Scheme & Dak gotta help him getting the ball out.........scheme really
