They would take Moses in the 2nd, not the 1st.

I do not think he makes it that far down. Simple to look at if you look at this class is looking and how the position has been mined in previous drafts. If you think he is a top four-five tackle, he will be gone in the first 50 picks or so. Dallas' second round choice is right on the edge.

If he doesn't beat out Free as the starting RT, then at a minimum he would need to be the swing tackle this year. The Cowboys can't afford to take a player in the 2nd that won't be on the active game day roster.

I forget the exact number offhand, but the team can save $3 million or so against the cap by finding Free's replacement in this year's draft.

Don't want to be rude, but is the OP the same guy who said his sources were in Tennessee while hatcher was supposedly getting a physical and like an hour later he signed with Washington?

Not suggesting that the OP did Make that post, just asking bc i honestly don't remember

That's even a reach... 2nd Rounder needs to start this season

So apparently the hope is you can dupe the Browns out of 26 and 35 for a 1 and 4 to get Dee Ford and Morgan Moses?

Maybe our 1st and 3rd...at best..certainly not only our 1st and 4th.

But I like both if those players well enough

I'll buy that. I don't know if he's any good or not but the replacement for D.Free has to be found this year.

Why? Free is playing decent football. Some people just never let a hate cat go

Not a fan of ford in rd 1
Rather take ealy or Crichton

Ford will end up being a situational rusher and that is enough on this team

For OG would rather have Brandon Thomas in rd 3

Not a fan of these picks at all

Scout Inc.'s Kevin Weidl calls Virginia T Morgan Moses a "giant with impressive feet and lateral agility."
And Moses has already proven that he can neutralize top DE prospects, as the analyst notes. "Moses did a heck of a job against Jeremiah Attaouchu (who I'm fairly high on)," Weidl wrote. Moses will go between the late-first and early-second round. Mar 25 - 8:30 PM

He looks like Moses.

In this instance- I don't know if it's Hate-Cat's fault.
Free has one year left on his current contract.
He has equal years of poor play as he has good years.

If the team let's him go after next year and they have a replacement drafted-
Well that just sounds like smart football, doesn't it?

I prefer Zach Martin or Taylor Lewan(even with his off the field issues) in the first, and Crichton, Quarles in the Second.

Free isn't a superstar but he's not the problem.
