What talent? OL talent? WR talent? How about OC talent? Those are the 3 spots we knew were all bad prior to last night, but we foolishly hoped it would work out.

The Jones boys never learn from their mistakes.

There is some talent , albeit spotty across the roster , but no coaching acumen to make it even competitive . Heck fournette was running like a super star running back against the cowboys . Same for Julio . The bucs coaches made the best use of them . McCarthy and staff could not. Overall it is not a playoff caliber roster but it could be with the thr right coaches . Jerry picked the coaches and has to answer for this .
