Kinda shocking, seemed like a guy that wasn't sorry for his crimes. Seem to remember a story someone saying he'd do it again, because it was a gang 'code' thing since he was disrespected
Wasnt he from a middle class family too

In a bizarre twist, Hernandez is legally innocent now because he died while his convictions were being appealed.

Maybe he got deflowered and couldn't handle it.

I'm not gonna shed a tear for this scumbag, but prison rape sure is funny... until you realize that a) some number of innocent people are in prison, and b) a lot of people are in prison for much lesser crimes than murder.

Have a friend who was a correctional officer at a state prison, said that rape stuff doesn't go on near as much as people think. It's a serious crime and will add a bunch of time to their sentence for one, and also most guys don't suddenly turn gay in jail

Strange and perplexing end to a strange and perplexing story.

Not buying "suicide" for one second...this was an inside job/payback...plain and simple.

Wouldn't shock me if cops were involved as well. Keep hearing the door to his cell was jammed from the inside. Someone had access to that...that's for sure.

Feel bad for the guy??? not for a second....

probably helps to protect his daughter's inheritance(if there is any) from civil proceedings. Doesn't surprise me ....state of MA screwing the victim's family. A law like that should have been removed a long time ago.

Good. Evil human being that took up space in our world. He's now gone and doesn't cost anymore taxpayer dollars.

Something about this doesn't smell right. I mean, it's no loss to society, but something isn't right here.

Actually, despite being a scumbag, he earned his money. I have no problem with it going to his family especially his child, who did not choose to be his daughter.

Maybe when she gets older, she won't want the money. Maybe she will use it for some charitable things. Should be her choice, I am fine with it either way.

But she can't collect life insurance if there is any. Although I'm sure there's enough for her without it.

ESPN was going on this morning just after 6am central about how he was trying to leave the thug life behind and get his life together. They were crying about him and saying how sad this was.

I think what is sad is the people who are dead because of this guy. Where are the tears for them. I do not understand this machismo about carrying a gun and thinking this is the wild west.

In the end he gets what he deserves. Unfortunately for the 1 to 3 people that are not here because of him, they will never get justice.

Posted on the board when he was convicted that he would either kill himself or someone would kill him.

I met a former correctional officer who said basically the same thing, but he also said how much things are kept in control in general varies a lot from place to place. Said he saw the most vicious sadism from the inmates of a women's prison he briefly worked at, actually.

Found on the web...

"He still didn't choke as hard as the Atlanta Falcons"

"Aaron Hernandez out indefinitely with neck injury. 2017-2018 season in jeopardy."

I'll just say that it appears Odin Lloyd was reincarnated as a prison window bar. Retribution is his!

Cant wait for all the conspiracy theorists to chime in with either the guards or other inmates did it. Or a Mexican drug lord:laugh:

Opps........too late

didn't want to live his whole life in prison. He took the only way out. Don't think there's anything more to it at all.

Yeah, I don't see some guards taking a serious risk like that just to out an inmate. I just wonder why he did it now..I'm sure they have a psychiatrist available, be interesting if a more detailed report comes out
