Relax. Aaron Rodgers cannot play. 4-6 weeks after a complete fracture? The bone hasn't fully healed. All it takes is one lineman or even a LB to fall on him and the injury is career threatening. He can not play.

Didn't Aikman come back from a similar injury in like 4 weeks?

Won't matter, either way, our offense won't be able to outscore theirs.

Of course he is better if he is cleared to play meaning the bone has healed. I am not including the rust, that would drop off rather quickly. I am just saying he will not get cleared if it was indeed a clear break, the bone does not heal that fast. That is why he still feels some pain throwing in practice and that will not change in the next three days.

I will concede that he might play the following week if GB wins this Sunday due to still being in the hunt however unlikely that may be.

That's fair. It sounds like your estimate is probably right, too.

I can't shake the fact that McCarthy seemed to think after the ATL game that Rodgers would be back for Dallas. I'm only basing this off of what I read into his post game comments, and, of course, there could also have just been another delay, but I won't rest easy on this front until Rodgers is officially announced as 'out.'

I hope Rodgers plays and in his first series Ware blows his guy up, leveling Rodgers and re-snapping that same collarbone Nino Brown style

All poking out and stuff, Rodgers screaming like a girl. Deflating the entire Packer team as dufus Flynn trots onto the field.

And the Cowboys win in a blowout and Philly lays an egg in Minnesota as Toby G runs all over them.

Dream Scenario (for me of course)

The way Ware has looked, this scenario would only happen in a dream world.

Decision to Rodgers pushed to Friday according to McCarthy.

This is hilarious!

That along with "practicing with the first team" seems like a smoke screen, but I don't know why they'd bother. Maybe McCarthy is waiting to see if Stephen will damage the locker room even further with another round of public call-outs before he decides to play Aaron?

My gut feeling back on Tuesday when Aaron talked about how he was in "pain" was that it was a smoke screen. 90% sure Rodgers will play.

So who we drafting in April guys? lol

Well, we already know they don't deserve to go. Let's be real about it. Anybody looking at it honestly knows this team is far from playoff caliber.

They are playoff caliber if they win their division and get in. Are they good enough to win in the playoffs is another matter all together. So if they can't beat the Saints or the Seahawks, who cares if they get in, right? Is that the logic now?

Quick synopsis of Rodgers' with reporters: he hasn't had medical scan this week, not sure if he will, needs one to be cleared
