about T.O. and his persona

TO created this mess. Its up to him to repair the damage he has done.

I understand what you're saying but that's wishful thinking from someone who commented to Sanders in an interview, and I'm paraphrasing here " I have no idea why these things happen to me"...

I agree that it is an uphill battle. But he has to start somewhere.

Start by not giving a soundbite at every given turn.

I just dont understand how anyone could blame the media without pointing the finger at TO also. I know the media exploits it, but its because TO allows them the opportunities.

You better be carefull. Danny boy is probably the only owner after Jones that would sign ole owens.

Man could you imagine the cluster at WR if they had TO (who I'm sure they'd overpay for), Moss, and the other two frugal signings of the PR and Lloyd??:laugh2:

They can have 'em. Wouldn't worry me in the least.

:lmao2: Are you kidding me, I would love to see T.O. in that ugly Commanders uniform....:lmao: I would dearly love it.

I can assure you that Henry and TNew could both cover him very well...thanks for cheering me up today...the thought of T.O. in Burgandy and Gold and throwing tandrums and filling the airways with his sideshow next year in Washington is just too great a dream to be true....:lmao2:

This next game: T.O. scores two TDs and breaks a couple of long ones.

Right, against the Lions, those world beaters.

Oh, and as for the prediction of him getting 2 TD's against Detroit? So what? Detroit stinks as a team. 2 wins all year, and if he doesn't get 2 TD's then he isn't playing to his potential.

Look at Owens track record. Against the really good teams, he dissappears. Against the lower level teams, he goes out gangbusters and has a great game. BAH! He's a loudmouth cancer who has no business being on our team. HE DANCED ON OUR STAR!!! Throw the bum out!

He sure did disappear against the Pats in the SB

Sanders talked but he produced. His talk was more along the lines of Chad Johnson. Kind of funny.

Tim McCarver thought he was hilarious, right up to the point Sanders dumped water all over him

Unfortunately the people that ''hate'' T.O and not just dislike him will bring up the drops he has no matter wut. the guy can have 20 TD's , be the leader in WR's for the ENTIRE NFL and his drops would still be mentioned. its that big of a deal b/c its T.O. If ''The player'' is here or not next year I dont care, b/c my Dallas Cowboys will here forever. but.....we sure are a lot of a heck better with him. A season experience under the system, 2 healthy hands and I believe T.O can produce even more.

We shall see...

I hate him and I dont bring up the drops. I think they are way over rated. It isnt even an official stat. Alot of these drops have been ones that hit his hand at knee level or the defender got a piece of it. Plus the guy had hand surgery this year for goodness sake. He's played good, but I still hate the jerk.

I say get over it.

You probably did not like Deion, Hollywood, Irvin and even back to Dandy Don.
:mchammer:

I say dont get over it, be true to your opinions, dont waver.
And people like Deion and Owens are not in the same category as Meredith or Irvin or Henderson. Sanders and Owens are huge narcissists who repeatedly show disrespect for other players.

i honestly could careless if T.O or another player talks everyday non-stop and is annoyin as long as they help us win. Do what i have began to do, CHANGE THE CHANNEL!!!!!!! thats what the control was made for, use it as its very usefull...

i see it like this...T.O. has not been used correctly, he has not been given enough chances in the first quarter, injured, draws double coverage. On the other hand he fails to simply say "my bad". but i think there is a bigger problem with owens not getting looks earlier. Playcalling and teams not letting romo get outside the pocket.

Do you people not realize that your watching a 5 minute loop repeatedly throughout the week? Quit whining already and turn the damn tv off until sunday!

Exactly jeez if your getting annoyed and are tired of somebody or of ESPN criticizing the Cowboys or whatever just either change the damn channel or turn it off. the People here that keep complaining about T.O or the media deserve what they get because they can so easily just change the channel immediately but wont do it...

Yes, what Danny Snyder does and who he signs surely puts the fear in me.

Ever notice the Owens hiney kissers that complain about all the endless media attention their boy wonder gets, and yet, will come in here day in and day out and post a multitude of threads about Owens themselves?

Should have bought me some of that Chapstick stock, it should be going through the roof by now.

If he does put the fear in you, snugly behind your computer, imagine the fear he might put in our sometimes overwhelmed secondary.

Yes, we in fandom can talk the talk. Oh, no! Mein gott! We ain't afeared of him.

Talk to the guys who might have to one day cover him.

Have some popcorn on me while you watch our secondary struggle with unknowns all this year. Scary, enough for you? :laugh2:

Every thing else aside. Has he done enough to earn Ten Million?

Why is this even a question???

Has McNabb earned his 100 million or whatever ridiculous salary he gets?

Has Peyotn earned his 100 million or whatever ridiculous salary he gets?

Just silly when the money is brought up?

If he did not, you'd be all over him like a dog on a pork chop.

T.O. can't win. If he make a TD it's against a weak team. if he doesn't he's not earning his pay.

For those who lose sleep over his penchant for loose talk, take an OTC sleep aid. :D
