Difference is patriots didn't show a leading rusher the door . If reports are true and Murray signs for 6 million a year . It's a bargain for philly and mistake for Cowboys .

I think Dallas would give a counter offer on that 6 mill. I think if Philly is going to get Murray they will pay high dollar for him. I don't think Cowboys let Philly take him that easy

You are correct, IMO. This stuff happens to every team in the league. And it happens in all the major sports too.
I can't take one record-breaking season from Demarco Murray and make it out to be something similar to Cal Ripken's importance to the Orioles franchise. He had an unbelievable season and was instrumental in the team's success. But he is not a legendary Dallas player. And we simply couldn't afford to keep him. No hard feelings--at least I hope not.
