2. Where will Adrian Peterson play next season? If there were no legal issues, Peterson would be back in Minnesota. But now it is far less certain. The Vikings would like him back -- they've made that fairly clear -- but Peterson might not be entirely comfortable returning to Minnesota.

That is the bigger issue here. And if he's not comfortable in Minnesota, then the question becomes where Peterson would like to play. By my count, at least a half-dozen teams have done some background work on Peterson in the event he becomes available, per league sources. Makes sense, too. Both the Seahawks and Patriots have proved that running the football is key to winning championships. There will be a team, maybe even the Dallas Cowboys, that wants to make Peterson the centerpiece of its offensive attack next season. But (to put it in injury terms) Peterson is questionable for Minnesota, probable for somewhere else.

3. Which team will land potential free-agent-to-be Ndamukong Suh? Many around the league do not expect the Lions to use their franchise tag on Suh because it would cost them $26.87 million -- just too steep a price. Assuming Suh is not tagged, he will be free to leave, and he probably would be the most desirable unrestricted free agent on the market. Those who know Suh believe that playing in New York, Dallas or Chicago always has appealed to him. The four teams in those cities certainly have the need; then again, any team could use Suh.

Whoever signed Suh to that contract should be out of a job. Really screwed themselves on this one big time.

If we sign Suh is dline nearly off the list for draft? I mean we have gardner, bishop and lawrence as youngins also.

If we can get him for a fair price then I would be all for it. I just think of the damage he can do playing for the Giants.

I don't really care for Suh, regardless of how good he is.

He's a dirty player, which in itself should take him off anyone's list, but the heightened level of exposure and scrutiny he would receive in Dallas would make him a marked man.

High dollar players guarantee nothing. That should be obvious by now. Spend the money on solid upgrades across multiple positions.

Definitely not. We need depth and the guys mentioned haven't really proven anything on the field yet. What it will do is afford us a lot more flexibility and truly go BPA in the first couple of rounds.

Cmon. We have Gardner and Bishop in the pipeline. There's no room for anyone else.

Signing Suh would not mean scrap
drafting DL players. Remember when we thought we were good with Ware, Rat, Spence and they all got hurt. Can never have too many

Suh is a beast but not sure when he will cause another distraction to the team. I hope Giants stay away from this guy. I am sure Spags is drooling over the idea of signing him but I just can't trust him.

First, I totally agree with you...he is a dirty player and potentially one "over the line" act from a suspension. Also, the $$ he would cost could pay a few good players. Having said that, and playing along with what was stated in the article, what would you say if it came down to paying him to be on your team (like him or not, he would definitely strengthen a position of weakness) or letting the NYG pay him and play for them (against us twice a year)? If that scenario were to occur, it would present somewhat of a dilemma. All hypothetical, I know...but not entirely out of the realm of possible.
