Whoever signed Suh to that contract should be out of a job. Really screwed themselves on this one big time.
We seemed to handle him pretty well.
So you would sign players as a GM just so you don't have to play them?
LOL.
If we sign Suh is dline nearly off the list for draft? I mean we have gardner, bishop and lawrence as youngins also.

I don't really care for Suh, regardless of how good he is.
He's a dirty player, which in itself should take him off anyone's list, but the heightened level of exposure and scrutiny he would receive in Dallas would make him a marked man.
High dollar players guarantee nothing. That should be obvious by now. Spend the money on solid upgrades across multiple positions.
Keep adding youthful talent with cap friendly contracts! We need to continue to develop a team that is a permanent staple when it's playoffs time. Youth, depth, intelligent drafting and salary management are the keys to longevity and the rebuilding of a dynasty if you ask me.
Would you have draft Dick Butkus, Night Train Lane, Erik Williams, Jack Tatum, James Harrison, or Bill Romanowski?
All were less than choir boys but great players.

It was actually a structured contract from the league, but the problem was Detroit moved his cap number around with restructures and voidable years. Similar to Dallas with Romo in 2012.
Suh reminds me of Danny Ainge and John Stockton. Everyone HATED those dirty mofos. But in a pick-up game you take them every time!
Can you imagine Suh putting a rookie under his wing? Jesus.
