I dunno, I don't think his numbers are all that bad. His 20 yard short shuttle time was pretty comparable to some other guys did at the Combine.

Mike Pollak - 4.47
Duane Brown - 4.52
Chad Rinehart - 4.56
Breno Giocamini - 4.63
Adarius Bowman - 4.68

Adarius Bowman is an offensive tackle, right?

I always thought he was overrated when people were projecting him as a first round pick, but I'm thinking something is wrong here. I watched him play a lot. He's definitely a pretty good athlete. He's nowhere near a "baby TO" as people were calling him,l but he's definitely more athletic than offensive tackles. I'm thinking his knee is still giving him problems and probably needs some type of major corrective surgery. He might be one of those players who falls to late Day 2 that you draft on value, let them have their surgery and stash them away on IR for a year.

He ran the same time as Carl Nicks from Nebraska. Then again, Carl is a 6'5" 350 pound offensive guard.

Something is up, because those numbers are absolutely atrocious, and he doesn't look anything like that on the field.

I think you 2 are right, and if so, he's a trooper

running w/ a broken leg has got to suck

I assume that I can post this....

"Bowman improved on his measurables with a 33.5-inch vertical jump, a 9-8.5-inch broad jump, and 16 reps on the 225-pound bench press rep test. Bowman, who had run a best 4.69 seconds in the 40-yard dash at the combine, did run an improved 4.62 on the turf at Boone Pickens Stadium. The All-Big 12 receiver had 67 receptions for 1,006 yards and 8 touchdowns last season.

Per nfl.com

» WR Adarius Bowman (6-3 3/8, 230): A big, strong receivers who caught the ball well in workouts. Ran the 40 in 4.77 and 4.75, had a 33 ½-inch vertical jump, 16 reps in the bench press, ran position drills and kept his numbers from the combine for everything else.
