It's going to take time to adjust to a QB with talent but they'll get there.
you didnt just say that lolIt's going to take time to adjust to a QB with talent but they'll get there.
If the Giants can put up 37 I think we need to worry about everyone.
The offense handed them 14If the Giants can put up 37 I think we need to worry about everyone.
If we'd done this to begin with we'd be 4-0.I think the reigns will be pulled in a little more, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Play more for the run and hope to God the defense can become competent

you said the key words here hope. The reason for aerial assualt we have seen is less to do with want and more from need.
Dalton is more accurate than Dak, on short throws if nothing else. Too may times we've had chances to make good yardage, or a first down, when the play was called perfectly but Dak threw the pass too high, outside on into the ground. A few less of those can go a long way.
But having said that, Dak's size and strength, that allows him to stand in the pocket, and with the running threat making the rush hold back just a bit, means more of those plays were open. Dalton has a history of letting the rush rattle him, which might result in just as many missed throws.
Cowboys HAVE to shorten up the plays, there are way too many long developing plays, and imho too many long throws, with the o-line in shambles you simply don't have the time to do that. Quicker passes will go a long way to reducing the rush, but Moore doesn't seem to understand that...
Dak has had great stats that does not translate to wins because the offense has not been balanced in any way. MM has never been a coach that uses a traditional running game and that needs to change to win games.I think the reigns will be pulled in a little more, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. I honestly think that's the best thing not just for the defense but for the team as a whole, we have a stud RB why not riding him and go back to the play action, boots, and downfield shots. This is things Andy was very good at in Cincy with AJ Green and those wr's I honestly think we have a better cast to throw to. We establish Zeke as the center piece to this offense now you're controlling clock and time of possession which in turn can only help a unit that simply can not afford to be out there too long.I think the reigns will be pulled in a little more, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Can the OL hold up to run the ball? I am not confident. They showed signs of it against NYG but lets see how it is going forward against better competition. I have zero confidence in this defense until they show me something. If they keep at this pace, Dalton and this offense are going to have to score a lot and make big plays.

That is painful !pin your ears back
It was 34, and I think 7 points of that was a pick 6. so 27 points. If the Giants can put up 37 I think we need to worry about everyone.
We'll figure out our plan as we move forward..... so no real plan now lol.As offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said Monday, the team is "heartbroken" over Dak Prescott's ankle injury requiring surgery Sunday night, knowing what Prescott means to the team and how well he played in the first five games of the season.
With Prescott facing a potential four-to-six-month rehab, Moore said the team is in a "fortunate spot" to have a backup with Andy Dalton's experience: 133 starts with the Bengals from 2011-19.
"We've kind of got to regroup, go through this process of seeing what's the adjustment here, and that's just Andy and I working together and spending time together," Moore said. "Obviously it's a different dynamic. Obviously Dak and I have spent a lot of time together over these years and now Andy and I have got to spend time together and go through this process together. I don't think we're going to drastically change. We feel very confident that Andy can go out there and execute football plays and do a good job for us. We'll figure out our plan as we move forward."
