I know they didn’t have Dak last year but the Giants didn’t have Jackson either. Gallup has had ONE good game against the Giants out of 6 and the others have been mostly below average to bad. Cooper has been hit or miss.

Regardless, last year they got Bradberry and Logan Ryan who shut both of them down. Add Jackson, who has had the 4th best coverage rate of all CB’s since 2018, and the Giants will suddenly have the best secondary in the division and one of the best in the league.

So yes, if everyone is healthy, I wouldn’t bet a dime on Gallup or Cooper “destroying” them when they couldn’t even have a single good game against the Giants without him.

Outstanding post. Total respect to ya for even mentioning that other teams have good players too. It's like some kind of commandment around here that you can't give another team their props when they deserve it. And yeah, I could care less that it IS a Cowboys board. There's 3 other teams in the division to be concerned with and they're all acquiring players too right now. Now I've vented. Totally agree with your post.

Thanks! You know the quote “keep your friends close and your enemies closer”. I happen to know a lot more about the Giants than any other team, outside the Cowboys, because one of my closest friends and old roommate is a die hard Giants fan. We still talk a lot of trash and text each other but for the past several years it’s been more listening to him rant, lol. I also have family in the NY area so I occasionally hear from them.

Anyways, I also try to keep up with Washington and Philly. I like to visit their sites every now and then to see how the fans feel and most importantly I like to know what they’re doing personnel wise. I know I can’t control anything but I find it much more fascinating come game day when I know what the other teams have been doing and how that factors into what we’ve been doing. I enjoy seeing how other teams in the division try to address their weaknesses or strengths based on what each of them are doing.

Not to sound weird or anything, but just by coincidence my bestest bud(like a real brother) is a Gmen fan and we annually used to get dry eraser draft boards and do our own amateur war rooms. We've long since put that ritual away but still stay in touch as he lives in Puerto Rico now.

I also do the divisional check ins on the other Cowboy rivals and would like to think I keep at least an amateur outsider's knowledge base of those team rosters without maybe knowing all the inside info.

Big move for giants. They needed him. With the wideouts on our team they need all the help they can get
