We all know Jerry is a narcissist. He is also a dispicable human based off the lawsuits he’s involved with regarding his affairs. And he’s the man who signed Greg Hardy.

Now he wants to bully radio hosts who question the moves he DOESNT make (because he’s not the day to day GM anymore which is never brought up).

the only way out of this hole is for the organization to bottom out ala 2000-02 and force them to make real changes in order to be relevant again.

Almost 3 decades of futility and chaos is VERY testing of near lifelong loyalty, at least for me at this point. I am sure it is for others as well. Have to admit. Living in the DelMarVA area it's hard to not start dipping my toes into Ravens waters. At some point you gotta admit that the ship you are on is beyond saving, going to the bottom. LOL!

Resigning Micah means only caring about jersey sales.

The Chiefs would absolutely trade him. They showed that when they traded Tyreke. The Patriots of old were all about trading guys that were luxury items to fill other holes.

You can only have so many players make top line $ especially when their presence isn’t helping you get run over

Jerry will make it work, but he's going to pay him a huge deal, but before all this happens he's going to say how they don't have the money lol

He doesn't care if you root against them. Rooting against them makes him more money. Stop rooting for or against the Cowboys. Just stop caring, stop watching stop spending money. When it hits his pocketbook then he will change. Until then there is no reason to for him to do anything different.

What real changes were made in 2000-2002, are you talking about the Parcels hire? Parcels was only hired to get a stadium built.

Jerry is frustrated but he’s put himself in this position. He’s decided to play it safe and focus on re-signing his own players. He’s actually done fairly well in the sense that we haven’t lost any premium free agents.

But he’s overvalued his players and been lackadaisical in negotiations. That directly influenced how much auxiliary talent could have been added to this team. Perhaps a better negotiator would have put the team in a better financial position.

Despite the current cap room, I’m sure the team has already accounted for a Parsons extension and possibly Tyler/Ferguson ones as well. If those guys sign big deals in the offseason, the space is gone. So we’re stuck with guys taking one year deals again.

The draft is the teams only hope and it will likely take 2-3 drafts to rebuild the roster enough to accommodate Dak. And that’s if everything goes perfect.

I understand your frustration but at the end of the day, each fan controls their own decision and rightfully so. I will never root against the Cowboys, Jerry or no Jerry.

When Dak was re-signed, this team was doomed not only for this season, but for years to come. It's getting really hard to root for the Cowboys.

The Cowboys aren't his passion any longer. They're his hobby or business on the side that pleases him, entertains him, occupies him. Kinda like a side chic. Its ALL entertainment to him. The Prestige. Its not about results anymore BUT he still wants the credit when they win but refuses to take any critique when they crap the bed.
