umm, that fumble was a strip!! Usually caused by the defense wouldn't ya agree? Two of those three picks were made in tight coverage so give credit to the secondary. Yes Kap was throwing on 3rd down and if you look at the 3rd down conversion rate in the game it was WAY above the average. Though we can't play against you and the refs at the same time.

The fumble was a free 7 points. Murray has fumble issues. Murray also was involved in a 7 point gimme preseason vs Bal.

ALL of those 3 interceptions were awful decisions. To say otherwise is pure bias. If you want to call a triple coverage throw/lob tight coverage that is completely on you and your football IQ.

"Yes Kap was throwing on 3rd down and if you look at the 3rd down conversion rate in the game it was WAY above the average." -- But wait, I thought you said you were just running clock with Gore? Glad you agree that the niners were keeping their exact same playstyle as usual, backing up my point.

You had a few bogus calls, but they missed some on our end too. The point is, the Niners did not look like worldbeaters and looked very vulnerable. Not sure how many times you watch a Cowboys game, but Dallas tends to give out points for BOTH teams.

Your point is not being backed at all. He only threw the ball 23 times the entire game!!! In the second half, they would run the ball twice and throw the ball on third down. Sounds like clock milk mode to me.

That sounds like typical Niner offense to me regardless of the game situation. Like I said, Harbaugh doesn't let teams back in it. He goes for the kill. Him and Pete are the same in that manner.

Look we have to play with what is on the field. I don't follow your team enough to know what starters were out for you in the game but I do know Sean Lee was out and I know he is a big play maker for your team so your defense would have played better had he been in. We are also missing some big names on defense so I'm sure we would have played better defensively as well. I'm sure both teams are better than the performance that was displayed on Sunday. The Niners are where they should be in the Power rankings IMO.
time will tell..good luck. Ps. don't bet a pay check off those power ranking. I'm saying that to another football fan in general. Forget teams for a sec.

For sure. I don't put much stock in it either. It's just fodder for the talking heads.

Can we agree that SF didn't play with the same offensive intensity in the 2nd half? It was pretty obvious, to me, that they were not attacking like they usually do. I have no doubt that they were trying to move the ball but it wasn't as important as milking the clock.

Not quite sure why people think the Eagles are rated too high. They hired a good coach who turned things around quickly and they took care of business week one. Jerry OTOH has stuck with his trainee. We could learn a lot from the Eagles (not to mention the Seahawks and Niners).

This look is also attached to the fact that those head coaches are already considered among the better in the NFL.

Dallas shouldn't of dropped that low imo. We could of EASILY won the game, and were outplaying SF and outplaying ourselves at the same time.

SF didn't do much. They were given 4 T.O's and gift wrapped the game, but were being outplayed. That shouldn't warrant a high move on their part.

This is a funny bit.

Sorry but when you average almost 6 YPC on the ground, and are in position to score 2 TD's but give up 3 TD's in the process, you could of easily won.

Infact we could of won with Orton at the helm in this game.
