Are you kidding??? Look I'm not here to pour salt in the wounds but were you watching the same game as me? I seen THREE flags that were so bogus Stevie Wonder could have seen it. Two out of the three called back a third down conversion. The worst was a phantom offensive pass interference call that negated a VD 30 yard pass play. The Refs did everything to giftwrap YOU the game. The Niners were playing to kill the clock with Gore and Hyde (both averaging 5.0 YPC. which is why scoring in the second half was down. You didn't gift wrap a thing.

Penalties were about equal, atrocious calls on either side, though the most egregious was probably the Davis late 3rd down conversion.

But you can't ignore the totals dallas had more yards and more yards per play. Dallas OL completely dominated SF, averaging 5.5 yards per carry. We had the same yardage totals, just on 7 less carries. And Dallas did shoot themselves in the foot on the goal line twice.

Kudos to Justin Smith for taking advantage, but Romo changed the play without changing the protection, and the OL was run blocking. Pretty stupid considering the cowboys had been gashing SF the whole drive. And then of course, Dwayne Harris was wide open in the endzone before Romo made another poor decision and threw another int. to me that's an easy 14 points we just didn't post.

And of course on an other interception, Terence Williams was open for 6 directly in Romo's sight Line.

Not saying Dallas should have won, no telling how it would've shaken out, but the 9ers were far from flawless this game and the Cowboys were far from hapless.

You just have to understand that this is far and away Romo's worst showing as a cowboy ever. Just loads of unforced errors.

But your team was better.

Some of y'all are drinking toooo much jerry juice. We are horrible!!!49ers could've beat us by 40 if they wanted to, they took there foot off the gas and did everything they could to speed the game to an end...

I checked out these and other power rankings. It's pretty apparent that few actually watched the game.

No way you can put Dallas that low while simultaneously putting SF that high when the game was 11 pts difference.

If Dallas can move the ball that well on a unanimous top 5 and frequent top 3 team no way their 28th and vice versa.

Preconceived notions are dominating too. Lots of mention of how horrible the defense was, yet the defense really only gave up 2 lengthy TD drives.

I wonder what happens if your haterade mixed with my Jerry juice.

Would it taste good?

My guess is no.

Cuz haterade is some bitter stuff.

We practically gift wrap a W to SF and they move from 7 to 3?

And the dude talks about the 9ers putting a whoopin on us? What whoopin? We handed the 9ers three perfectly gift-wrapped turnovers that turned into points. The Cowboys battled, but it was too late in the end. Guess I missed the whoopin.

Great, a SF Chef to sauce up a stupid week 1 ranking. Not having Dallas at 33 told me all I needed to know about the idiocy of that list.

Sorry but when you average almost 6 YPC on the ground, and are in position to score 2 TD's but give up 3 TD's in the process, you could of easily won.

Infact we could of won with Orton at the helm in this game.

SF's intensity didn't change once the game was obviously getting out of hand by the end of the 1st? Dallas was outmatched and outplayed when it counted.

Umm... not it didn't change. The only thing that changed was gift wrapping 21 of the easiest points off of turnovers that we could of managed.

We aren't outmatched. I believe we could of won that game without a doubt if we hadn't gave them those 3 easy gifts.
