100%A large percentage of what you see in social media is AI generated. That’s where the real threat comes from. Unfortunately, there are many people who see an AI generated Twitter post and believe it.
It has to. If people don’t have jobs, they don’t have money to buy things and capitalism collapses.I see absolutely no reason to think we’re heading to the positive outcome you foresee.
People don't have jobs or money now.It has to. If people don’t have jobs, they don’t have money to buy things and capitalism collapses.
You literally have no idea what AI is, lulz.meh. It would not be that difficult to shut down servers. Control access. In the end, simply pull the plug.
Viruses and other threats could be unleashed on rogue AI's
The so called scenario is laughable because bottom line is that AI's will always be poor copies of the human brain and thus never able to truly take over. not to mention their basic vulnerability to the simple act of pulling the plug and turning off the power.
Pull the plug infect it; etcYou literally have no idea what AI is, lulz.

And yet in the not too distant future most workers will be searching for meaning in their life once their 9-5 gig is gone.robots are not AI
the best AI is only a poor copy of the human brain
Robots are not AI dudeAnd yet in the not too distant future most workers will be searching for meaning in their life once their 9-5 gig is gone.
Facial recognition is already employed in most cities I believe as are license plate readers. Do I like it, No, but We the People are not the ones who make the rules unfortunately. It's hard to explain but AI is not what I worry about.
It's humans prompting AI to do nefarious things for instance...
"monitor a specific persons online activity for a couple months,
capture keystrokes, facial recognition pictures, etc. then after your
have sufficient access, commence with operation wipe out.
then specific person wakes up and has nothing
no credit, no money, no access, no email, no phone, etc...
and MFA protections all use the internet so that data
can be intercepted and cloned as well.
this is why archives; even paper archives; are so critical. The thing about paper archives is that they cannot be altered online. It's hard to explain but AI is not what I worry about.

Its helps that they don't have a billion regulations to stop them from doing whatever they please.....It’s really amazing what China has and is able to accomplish. Their auto manufacturers are pretty much leaving the rest of the world behind. They develop a whole new car line in 1/2 the time that we can do here. Their workers are cheaper and look forward to working longer hours than their American counterparts.
China also produces about 4X the amount of STEM graduates on a yearly basis vs the US. We better start learning how to freaking compete!
You have no idea what you’re talking about.Pull the plug infect it; etc
lots of ways to kill it
unfortunately the real world seems a mystery to you on this
I guess you think that AI is like a super villain or maybe TransformersYou have no idea what you’re talking about.
Just look at all the fake AI out there. It’s everywhere and people like you are so gullible you believe it. That’s a huge problem. Now who has the inability to grasp what AI is all about?I guess you think that AI is like a super villain or maybe Transformers
Your inability to grasp the reality that if you can kill a human you can certainly kill a machine is awesome
