Pereira is an unprofessional louse.

Hence that is why is out of a job in the NFL......And just a talking head for FOX. He has no credibility in my book because he was fired for having lousy judgement.

Yea Aikman is a big Romo advocate and has admitted that "Romo's probably a better QB than I ever was."

Not sure where you guys are getting these opinions from.

Do you HONESTLY believe this?
And here we go with the "ifs".
Real Super Bowl rings > Hypothetical, imaginary Super Bowl rings. ;)

I was just upset that Aikman wasn't giving the dallas d any love, but to answer your question, YES I do believe we would've had more Superbowls with Romo at QB

For like four years I have said. Troy Aikman goes out of his way to be anti Dallas in his broadcasts. He doesn't wanna come across as a Dallas homer but in doing so he doesn't call the games fair. Troy call the games right!

It doesn't help him any. Opposing fans still swear he's homering it up for Dallas.

If they really knew football and what they were watching they know that isn't true. They just have to be little complaining crybabies.

Aikman has praised Romo many times, even saying that Romo is a better QB than he ever was.

Where do you guys come up with this stuff?

i just based that opinion on things aikman has said. he has never outright said that he doesn't like romo. it's just things that he's said while calling games & stuff that have made me think that he doesn't like romo. he has criticized romo more then he has praised him.

Also I don't know the rule but when Escobar fumbled the Eagles player held him and tackled him so he couldn't try to recover. I don't know the rule but is that allowed?

I saw that too and wondered the same!

Aikman's commentary was fine. No one pays attention to Buck. Pereira is the only one of the 3 that got under my skin. Every one of his thoughts on plays/rulings were against the Cowboys & were ridiculous. Glad that dope is retired.

Aikman does su&@...he has Romo envy...he seems like he would rather be the last Cowboy QB to win a superbowl...and before u start the whole "he won us three Superbowls" argument, I think Romo with that team would have won 5 or 6 Superbowls in a row

Uh no...

Do people understand that this is a pass-happy league with rules that care towards it? A majority of these QBs today would suck in that era, especially with the CBs being allowed to do much more. The numbers are grossly exaggerated for QBs nowadays.

Nobody ran that timing-based offense with that much accuracy like Aikman..

Pereria didn't retire......He was for all intent fired (Not rehired)......Let's get that story straight. The NFL didn't want him because he was horrible.

Seriously. I have never understood the Aikman hate. It's like unless he's constantly praising Dallas while ripping our opponents, people here will whine about him.

#1. pereira does indeed stink, waste of airspace.
#2. Can't stand the smugness/snarkyness of Buck
#3. I don't get the Aikman hate here. It's almost like if he's not 100% Pro-Cowboys during his broadcast, he's a hater.

He did have a good line at the end of the game. "Tebow is still out there"
"Philly should give him a call"

That was the best exchange of the game. It went something like this:

Troy: You know the Cowboys will be looking at the waiver wire for quarterbacks.
Joe: Tim Tebow is out there!
Troy: Then the Eagles should sign him...

Troy loves the boys. He does.

Aikman tries too hard not to be a homer?

The other two suck though.

I am not in Texas, but I have heard Aikman on the radio and TV is different than the Aikman on FOX.

He has always been no nonsense. Maybe it reflects somewhat on Sundays too much leading to pointing out the Cowboys flaws more, as opposed to Irvin whose all bout dem Cowboys, but that's his personality.

I'd rather hang out with Irvin anyways.. :)
