Aikman has pretty good insight into it since he has three angles to view it from: As a former QB for the team and Jerry, his ex-wife is the niece of Jerry so he spent a lot of family time with that side of the family, and as an announcer who talks to a lot of players on a lot of teams.

He knows what the problem is. He's not a hater. He loves the Cowboys but it frustrates him that Jerry squanders it all.
