I finally had a chance to rewatch the game, it sure seemed like every remark made by Al about the Cowboys ended with had a negative remark. Is he a tool or what????????:starspin

Of course he's a tool. He also took every possible chance to disparage the refs.

Yep, Michaels does not like the cowboys. But haters gonna hate....

They both seemed to love the Giants + took every chance to slobber all over them. Chris seemed to start to get excited about the Cowboys during the 2nd quarter, Al only offered faint praise even post victory.

Don't think it was one of Al's better games and I think he's a great announcer. He mentioned that Josh Brent "supplanted Jay Ratliff at nose tackle.". I mean Jay was hurt, if he wasn't hurt Josh Brent wouldn't be starting.

But as far as Al hating the Cowboys, there is no way. He likes Jerry, in fact I remember they showed al's wife sitting with Gene Jones in Jerry's suite at one game NBC did last year or the year before.

After watching the guys on NFL Network, Al Michaels doesn't seem that bad. Those guys are always down on the Cowboys. Michael Irvin is the only one that picked the 'Boys to win Wednesday night.

He seems unbiased to me. He and Collinsworth are the best duo in broadcasting.

He's about as good as you can possibly be, but Homers are never satisfied, they hate every announcer not employed by (either now or previously) the Cowboys, which is just stupid. Collinsworth is as good as it gets in terms of actually breaking down what's happening and showing technique and such without resorting to booms and bams and incoherent comparisons to Lem Barney, and Michaels is very fair, if it sounded like he was pro-Giants, gee maybe it's because they're the current champions?

I like Al but I can't stand Collinsworth. He loves to pile on the Cowboys any time he gets the chance.

He piles on anybody. It's great.

Quick question *** is up with everyone calling the giants.....
The new york "football" giants???

Al has always been a HUGE 9er fan. I can still remember him wanting Steve Young to run for Congress. He's never let go of those Cowboys wins in the 90's.

It happens every time NBC does one of our home games.

To say Al Michaels is a Cowboys hater is preposterous. Frankly, I think he had a bad game. Going back and listening to the highlights, he rarely got excited. It was like listening to Keith Jackson, or at least the Madden video game version of Al Michaels.

He and NBC are the reason I know listen only to SiriusXM online. Brad and Babe all the way!!

That's what they were originally called. Just a historical reference.

Not sure what people are griping about, they did fine. People just hear what they want to hear.

Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson. I could listen to those dudes describe grass growing for three hours.

Yeah, I like when they're together.

It also goes back to when the San Francisco Giants played in NY. With both baseball and football Giants in NY, it was a way to differentiate.
