It doesn't matter on a Daniel Snyder team, Norv Turner was a QB guru, Spurrier was supposed to be, Gibbs was supposed to be etc..

Spurrier wasn't meant for the NFL and quit. Gibbs 2.0 got two playoff apperances. Gibbs problem was completely forgoing the draft and not getting the proper QB.

Despite the lack of talent he had he still got to the playoffs twice. Gibbs the personell man hurt Gibbs the coach.

RG3 would be the first HIGH draft pick at QB since Shuler. Shuler was a Norval pick and was gone before Cooke passed away.

Regardless, the org is far different today. Comparing whats going on today to 5 years ago is absurd, or else teams would never ever improve, right? I mean the 49ers can't be on the verge of 13-3 because they have sucked for 10 years

Their defensive line is getting pressure / Baylor oline can't block. Haven't paid attention, but based on past observation it's likely the OL.
