Somewhere deep in a training room in the middle of nowhere Jay Ratliff is cackling.

Yeah, and honestly, it's unfair to the medical staff. I've been a trainer for a long time, and I've had the fortune of working a couple seasons in pro baseball. Teams tend to short change the time frame for return almost as policy, for different reasons. Maybe it's so that teams down the line think they'll have to prepare for the player. Sometimes it's to motivate the player. Sometimes it's just plain ego. Sometimes the player really is ready to go, but whatever reason, be it apprehension, or their agent telling them to protect themselves (business decision), they prolong the situation. I've had players with injuries that I knew would be a good 6-8 weeks, and the team just puts him on the 15-day DL, or says 2-4 weeks. It does put the training staff in a tough position. Maybe our guys are deficient - just because someone works at the pro level doesn't mean they're any better than someone who covers high school - but Jim Maurer, Britt Brown and company have been doing what they do for a long time. I can't imagine they'd keep their positions if they truly were doing a poor job.

You're making too much sense, buddy. We don't take kindly to your kind around here.

Seymour is a name you've heard.

How do you know what he's got.

And lol at Robinson.

You are the one without a clue and YOU are questioning me? You are laughable. Seymour is only 33, that is ONE year older than Rat. Seymour is not only of similar age, but he is BETTER than Ratliff and has been much healthier, even NOW. A 7 time pro bowler (as recently as 2011) and 3 time SB Champion. Seymour is considered to be the best DL of his generation. Not only does he bring a multi-championship pedigree but he also brings toughness, flexibility (can play 1, 3 and 5 technique - pro bowler at both 4-3 DT and 3-4 DE), intensity and leadership to the team, not just the defense. He is a fiery leader who does not just lead by example. He and Atlanta (a team challenging for a championship) are playing chicken over money, but Seymour is definitely a proven commodity. He could provide a Haley like effect on any team he joins, why not the Cowboys.

I'm sure you're one of those same guys who loled about Waters too. You have no clue about anything so you disparage anyone who has a different idea or viewpoint. And Robinson is proven in this offense and has chemistry with Romo. If Robinson is healthy he would be the 3rd best WR on the team.
