Steve Walsh and Randall Cunningham played for the Cowboys, though not in the playoffs.
I assume your list included every quarterback who actually played in a playoff game no matter how much he contributed because Rodney Peete threw two incomplete passes and no completed ones.
BUT ;) Peete was the Philadelphia Eagles' starter for the 1995 postseason (after replacing starter Randall Cunningham in September), throwing 17-of-25 in a win over Detroit and 3-of-5 in the loss against Dallas before getting injured. Philadelphia was 1-1 in the playoffs with Peete at the helm. Coincidentally, backup Cunningham finished the Dallas game, going 11-of-26.

Dang right meaning your post forced me to do it so blame yourself look in the mirror I don't like it I think that it's just crazy that somehow a team stat a record is put on just one player when most of the time it's a handful of players that run a game and that make you lose or a couple players that help the quarterback win therefore this is a team record this is not a quarterback record
your posts are getting worse

Brady's career was ridiculous.

35-13 in the playoffs with 7 SB wins.

Edit: Troy, Tony, Roger, Danny, and Dak combine for 31-24 record for perspective.
And all but the last one was with BB as coach and on a team carefully built
That is something all should remember.
The QB is important but he is only one player on that team

Below are all career playoff records* of every quarterback to have ever played in the NFL. The list is sorted by winning percentage. Please take note before saying something like, "OMG! He posted nobodies above Mahomes and Brady! What the heck??? Attica! Attica!"

This reference may be helpful (or not) for any quarterback discussions concerning how many games oh no! not the team! just them! they won or loss.

Quarterbacks, who were starters in Dallas playoff games during all or part of their overall career, are highlighted in red.

I always thought on any all-time list that Trent Dilfter belonged right up there with Patrick Mahomes and Bart Starr.

He's possibly the greatest ....ever

Thanks. I learn so much here.

Vick's teams weren't all that good for the most part. Lamar I don't understand. I guess by this Board's criteria, he's a choker. Both Vick and Lamar tend to play Hero Ball a bit too much.
Lamar has made it to a championship game, and is thus not in the choker group with Romo and Dak.

Dilfer managed to not choke for one full playoff run, something of which Romo could never do, and Dak could never dream of doing.

And all but the last one was with BB as coach and on a team carefully built
That is something all should remember.
The QB is important but he is only one player on that team
It was a perfect storm of things, but the team was rebuilt several times over and BB did jack squat before and after Tom.

Tom's 1 of only 2 QBs that have managed to win a SB with more than one team. The other was Peyton, but he was carried to that SB

At this point, I'm pretty sure Tom deserved a good plurality of the credit.

Who rebuilt that team over and over again?
Want to think about that?

It doesn't help I completely understood you highlighted our quarterbacks but I also know our quarterbacks records already and most of them are bloated and overrated Danny white was surrounded by a great team and still had a bad touchdown interception ratio he lost a lot of games because of himself he had too many turnovers in big games I mean literally how do you have a playoff record as a quarterback and have a lot of NFCCG appearances and be regarded by some in here is better than Romo or Prescott and have an upside down cuts down the interception ratio in the playoffs meaning you have way more interceptions than he had touchdowns also carried over from his regular season he was an accident waiting to happen and yet he has five playoff wins that's nice he has a 500 record but I'm telling you even Roger and Troy did not impress me that they're giving credit for all those wins and losses because they had an epic amount of talent and their coaching Staffs were some of the best to ever be assembled we never can solve this argument because we've never seen Roger or Troy ever carry a team in the playoffs I've seen the opposite I remember a game where we were down in the Super bowl our quarterback was playing like trash yes that would be Troy had an interception they were down by 10 what the defense of the run game do in the second-half get the ball back score run the ball get everything rolling downhill so our quarterback and throw a few passes and win the game look I like Troy and I think he was very talented but do I think he's clearly better than Prescott no he's not he was not matter of fact a lot of people put him on the overrated list because of the type of teeny head kind of like Matthew Stafford could lead the league at interceptions have two in the Super bowl and his team still walked away with a trophy that is what the team does when you have a great team assembled it sure makes the quarterback look better...

I get why you posted but that doesn't mean I can't look at it and go I still don't like it the narratives that the quarterbacks get a record put on them versus people remembering what teams they played on and why they were successful Danny white was one of the first quarterbacks I ever seen because I came here in 1980 I saw that was my first year watching the Cowboys and watch Joe Montana RIP the heart out of the Dallas Cowboys with the cats with Dwight Clark but Danny white still had too many mistakes in the playoffs he was promo in that when it came to playoff failures if you're gonna blame them for turnovers hurting their team he was number one on the list....

So yes it triggers me when I see guys like Blake Bortles and Mark Sanchez and Trent dilfer and Brad Johnson and McMahon and the other ones I just listed above they're all played in championship games or Super Bowls and somehow they're gonna be talked about as if they were there's an hour quarterbacks we've had the last two decades and they are not they got the benefit of being on a great team..

I mean sure would be nice if the two Ravens teams you know those defenses that came along with them some of the best I've ever seen that held A-Team under 11 points for an entire season and playoff run Can you imagine if you're on offense and all you had to do is just try to manage 13 points and you win I mean that would sure be nice around here..

I'm not knocking your list I'm saying I don't like the narrative of quarterbacks carrying a record with them good or bad...

Unless that is they're truly terrible and they're the cause of their team's downfall but then we're not talking about a playoff record... But hell even Quincy Carter got A 10 win playoff team and we all know what kind of quarterback he was... That's an effect like it would be nice to have a head coach like Mike Tomlin has no losing seasons cause the man finds a way to stitch together a team that plays really good defense they find a running game no matter what he didn't have to be a big name running back and they find a way to win enough games to get into the playoffs or at least in contention for the playoffs that is impressive that's what a great coaching staff can do for a team and we are missing that...
Brother no offense meant, just a sincere suggestion--

Try brevity.

Concur.

Brady was the most staggering line on this list IMO

Not only the record (35-13) but the total.

Guy played basically 3 full additional seasons, just in the playoffs.

Absolutely incredible.

Some "know it all" troll here, recently tried to say Andy Dalton was better than Dak... but Dalton is 0-4 in the playoffs???

I swear there are some super DUMB folks here who don't know **** about football.

The QB position is head and shoulders above any other position the field. Why is that so hard for so many to comprehend. Dak is incompetent. For the humpteenth time, 21 all pros around Dak will never win a SB. He is what he’s always been….a loser.
