the guys a carbon copy of Alexander Wright, without the kickoff return skills.
Oh, So he's got some RW11 in him.

FS Michael Huff has turned his career around, but I'd only want to go after him if the price was still cheap. Huff has 7 passes defensed and 3 interceptions while starting 2 of 5 games this year.
FS Ken Hamlin, the "QB" of our defense, has 0 passes defensed and 0 interceptions in 5 starts this year. Hamlin was only credited with 2 passes defensed and 1 interception all of last season.
We're stuck with Ken this year, but getting another safety on the cheap would allow him to be ready to compete for time next year with rookie Mike Hamlin and players to be determined.

stasheroo;3021075 said:I think I remember reading that Huff's contract gets a bit ridiculous in terms of salary, so I'm not sure I'd consider trading for him "on the cheap".
That said, Hamlin's definitely been disappointing and I expect he'll be gone next season.

Looking at the Browns roster how are they even considered a NFL Team

There has been a surprising amount of fan speculation that the Browns are willing to trade left tackle Joe Thomas.
Possibly sparked by the fan speculation, some league insiders have been to take the possibility seriously.
Per multiple league sources, it's highly unlikely to happen.
For starters, we're told that coach Eric Mangini "loves" Thomas (not in that way -- but that possibility would have made for a compelling episode of Playmakers . . . not that there's anything wrong with it).
More importantly, there's typically only one way to get a 10-year left tackle: through the first round of the draft. Few teams that have one will be willing to give him up -- especially when he's only in the third year of his contract.
That said, any player could be had for the right offer. To get Thomas, however, someone would have to absolutely blow the Browns away, possibly with a Herschel Walker-type package of picks and/or players.

dbair1967;3021186 said:They arnt going to trade him for a single #1 pick
I dont think he's worth anywhere near a Herschel type deal, but getting him for a sole 1st (likely to mid 1st or later) is a pipe dream.
